              On May 5th 2022 We chose Faircloth roofing in Daytona Beach to put our new roof on And signed the contract. Within the month the company came and did roof The final inspection done by the city of Ormond beach did not pass The inspector Wrote on paper the shingles were damaged in The Valley and it couldn't be approved for final payment , Therefore after Faircloth roof ing inc. Did not want to fix the roof To pass final inspection Instead just harassed And threatened to put a lean on home if they couldn't collect final payment Even though final inspection still has not been approved by the city of Ormond beach We have all documents to prove our case

              We only had a month and a half at our ******* house before we needed to return to ****** and discovered a big hole in our roof. We called 3 different contractors for an estimate Bert Faircloth roofing being one of them. **** from Bert Faircloth Roofing did a thorough inspection including in the attic and with no pressure tactics gave us honest opinion on what felt needed to be done. He then put a solid temporary patch on the roof for us before leaving knowing there were torrential rains expected for next day. April who works in the office was very helpful with picking the right materials and coordination of permits, roofing/shingling and inspections. **** and both his sons were also very professional and informative on how best to proceed. Then as promised the job was done in one day and the men who put on the roof were very professional and did an amazing job, We have nothing but good things to say about this company and all their staff.
