      Exceptional service on all levels. Even when the shipment had challenges along the way, it was responded to in urgent timing and resolved almost immediately. A company that works great together within their own team as well. Highly reccomend.

      I do not recommend it. I agreed to the 20' container shipment ***-******. Container loading is scheduled for Thursday at 11 Am. Thursday I called the company and learned there is no 20' container and nobody coming to pick up my stuff. I hired guys to help load so I had to pay them and all my household items stayed on the ground (you can see the picture). I rented to Uhaul to store my stuff in total I lost that day $700. Then a bunch of calls with the company they just gave the solution of changing the container size and of course there are new extra charges of $200 for size and 317 extra fees even though they didn't explain. It didn't finish. So the next day, Friday scheduled loading was for 11:00 Am but guess what truck came at 2:30 Pm the loading finished at 4:30 PM. And now they are saying the port is closed we have to store your container weekend and we will charge you. So it seems not all coincidence. Overall just loading the container and delivered to the US port cost me +$1500 after our agreement, not sure there will be new extra charges.If you decide to use their service you need to add +$2000 to their quote.
