      iContainers assisted with import and port to door shipping for manufacturing equipment we purchased. Andrea and team helped navigate some customs errors and probably saved us days and hundreds of dollars.

      Working with Laura and the IContainers team was wonderful. I had a unique task of trying to import a sofa from a company in India, as an individual with no shipping experience whatsoever. I had it made before understanding that the manufacturer wasn't equipped to ship large items internationally. I had made many queries to companies, but only IContainers responded and engaged with me to get the item shipped. Laura and her team were responsive, timely and thorough in their communication through a very lengthy, esoteric import process. Communication is the cornerstone of business and customer service - IContainers delivered at every step and I was thrilled to get my shipment from overseas. Taking such good care of little old me with just one item displays a level of integrity and commitment that would certainly benefit any company of any size. I can't recommend them enough.

      Hired the company to move belongings from West Virginia to Ireland (ordered May 30th 2023, paid June 26th, 2023, picked up July 12th). Pick up went fine. They told us that they had an agent in Dublin who could pick up and receive our goods. Later, we received notice that our container was unlabelled and sitting waiting in customs - they did not arrange pick up, they did not arrange a landing agent like they said and left the cargo in customs accruing fees. The cargo was not labelled with our contact info so the docking agents did not know who to contact. They had not sent us any of the paperwork to have it released. We contacted landing agents on our own who helped us by sending the paperwork. In the meantime it accrued ~ 600 euros in fees for sitting in the port that we had to pay out of pocket. Caused a huge amount of stress. Incredibilily unhelpful in trying to resolve it, wouldn't answer emails or phonecalls. August 23rd we tracked it down and contacted iContainers and they never responded. The landing agents who helped us in Dublin said this was completely unacceptable from a professional standpoint that you could ship a container w/o all the documentation and wash your hands of it.

      Glad i found this logistic company!Very reasonable rates, super intelligent and knowledgeable stuff.Was a pleasure to work with ********* and ******* from the beginning when i requested a quote till delivery point. Very satisfied, will definitely keep on working with them!

      It is the second time I use *********** for international moving between ***** and the ** and I am extremely satisfied. Compared to other companies, the price is very competitive and the service is excellent.
