Throughout the process, we received consistent and timely updates from our assigned operations coordinator, Maidel Daz, whose transparency and professionalism were exemplary. *********** has truly demonstrated itself as a key and reliable partner for our business.

      I shipped all of my household from the ************* to *****. *** ********* and ******** ******* were super helpful with all of my questions throughout the process. My container arrived promptly without any issues. I would definitely use *********** again.

      I cannot be more satsified with iContainers. They managed my move from Spain to SoCal and from the first minute until the final delivery they have been in permanent contact with me and guided me patient and very professionally during the entire process.       I was lied to. They claim they did not lie to me. They worked with my wife behind my back to con me to try and pay the fee and lied and said everything was in my name only to release it to her and have her family steal everything. The insurance is in my name and they currently will not give me my insurance. I have complaints with the attorney General open. E flat out lied to me and said all was in my name knowing that he knew it wasn't. They never told me they'd have the bol only in my wife's name as well. She talked to them all on whatsapp behind my back. They will take no responsibility. This company is full of liars. Legal action is being taken.

      Dear *****, 

      First off, we are terribly sorry to hear about what happened in this case. Everyone can understand that this is obviously a terribly situation for someone to go through. 
      In terms of the shipment releasing to your wife at destination. You spoke to ******* here on a Friday afternoon and unbeknownst to him the container was pulled out and returned empty before he could speak to the agent in ********* Monday morning. 
      The thing is as he had mentioned to you that she was listed as consignee on the bill of lading and therefore had full legal access to the cargo once the local charges were settled and clearance done.

      You may recall that she had signed the documents and everything was put in her name as the returning citizen when you guys decided to move there as that would make clearance simpler. Everything was set up based on her passport and her name on the packing list you provided.
      The draft bill of lading had been emailed to your Gmail account (Same one as used for this review) both on April 2nd at ***** p.m. and on April 3rd at 5.50 p.m. Happy to share copies again if needed.

      Our partners in ********* have been talking to her and she is willing to ship back the things that are not hers from the container, so we are happy to help arrange that if you are still interested in that. Understand that this is not much of a consolation given the circumstances but unfortunately this is about all we can do.

      I worked with ******, she was very attentive and helped me through every step of the process. This was the first time I have imported something that needed an import specialist. Everything went off without any issues. I will be calling ****** for my next shipment.

      I had a great experience working with ************! This was my third time shipping internationally and my first time using ************. I do have to say that my experience with ************ was so much better then the two past freight forwarder companies I worked with. ************ had stellar communication, and they were really on top of making sure all my paper work and pertinent information was submitted on time. I worked with both ***** and ******** and they both went above and beyond in helping me have my product shipped, they were both very nice and provided great customer service. I am going to continue to work with them and plan to have my products shipped by them in the future. As someone who has dealt with multiple different companies, I HIGHLY recommend working with ************! They are by far the best I have worked with. Thank you both *****************

      I dont recommend at all this company. We purchased with them a shipment from ***** to ****** which included a service provided by a ****** moving company that would be able to bring our shipment to ********** and would offer storage meanwhile we were able to find an apartment. At the time we purchased the whole service ( cargo + moving in ******) , they offered us to choose between 2 options: one with Amana, which was the cheapest option (**** USD) and didnt have good reviews and the other with Activmoving which was more expensive (**** USD ) but were offering storage solutions and had great reviews. We purchased the most expensive package cargo + moving, specifically with Activmoving in May. beginning of June we are contacted by the moving company ***** who told us they were in charge of our shipment to **********!!!! and this company was not offering storage solutions!!! Icontainers changed provider without even consulting us! And of course they changed for the cheapest one and did not agree to pay us back the difference! Finally we had to hire a storage company and then a new moving company to move our belongings to our final destination. So it costed us **** Euros extra. We asked Icontainers for a friendly agreement, at least **** euros and they refused, they were only willing to pay us back 200 euros
