Great service and communication. Restored function to my computer after it was shut down and locked out due to a virus attachment. It took hours to go through everything and they did it all, complete system repaired remotely. Everyone I dealt with was kind and friendly, very professional. Thank you very much .

I set up an appointment with Geeks on Site. Thirty minutes before the appointment they canceled. Reset the appointment again they canceled. I was charged $369.00 for this non service. I received no service. Three weeks later they called me to set up an appointment. By then , my problem had been solved. However I was still charged for this no service. Is this a **** ? They advertised 24/7 emergency service .Geeks On Site

Called as my computer was acting up. Decided to transfer all to a new computer I had purchased. All was done and for a reasonable price. Additional work was done on another computer. Two old computers had their disks removed and they were then taken for recycling. All in all a very successful day!Geeks On Site
