Received merchandise quickly. After much thought my husband and I decided not to install a Ring doorbell. When I contacted Geeks On Site to return the doorbell, they without hesitation, sent me a mailing return label quickly. I appreciate the attitude and quickness they gave me. Very rapid response to my distressed call for help when my computer was locked up. They were well spoken, knowledgeable and very reassuring to this almost hysterical, technically challenged client. Able to solve my problem remotely after about 3 hours. I have noticed much less spam mail also. Continuing with monthly service at this time. Thank youGeeks On Site
