    This company presented like they are a government website for a passport. They charged me $88 to provide me a form that is offered for free at the government website. I tried to reach them, but no one is picking up the phone. Shady company.

    This is a misleading website, for people applying passport renewal. They charged me $88 for service and insurance, I assumed this was for the passport. Then I paid another $130 for the passport service. it is a scam. most dangerous is that they got all personal information that can put customers at risk. please remove it from the website and refund money too.

    Total scam!!! Charges me almost $65 and didnt actually remit to the **************** anything. I guess I paid just to fill out and print a form. They should be in jail.

    This business scams you into thinking youre paying to renew a passport and charges you for getting a form you can get for free on the state department website.

    Beware!!! Total scam. This company charges $65+ to fill out paperwork that is free to do yourself and does not file the paperwork.

    SCAM. I should have looked more thoroughly, but I was multitasking, and they got me. Now we have locked our child's credit score in an effort to protect her information which I unwittingly shared with this unknown third party.

    Total scam. Site makes you think you're paying for your passport renewal. It's just to fill out the form ($64.88), which is FREE. It's interesting that they charge people different amounts, so it will be harder to track.call your credit card company and tell them you were scammed, so you can get refunded.

    I was scammed into thinking I had to legit pay for forms to fill out my passport when actually these forms are free. I was charged $85. How do I go about getting my money back?
