    I turn to the good offices of that organization, which I have seen clearly announces that it is not part of the government and that it is a private entity, since I have been one more victim of USA Passport Apply, which I later realize has surprised more than twenty people. The curious thing is that this pseudo company states that its website clarifies that they are a company not linked to the state, but I never looked for this company. Said company, two days after I took the oath of American citizenship in the office in ************, Broward Fl., sent me an email to my email address, which I never gave them, which obviously makes me wonder where they got it from, how they obtained, and the answer is simple, two days after my swearing in, they somehow removed it from the ***** office in ************, to surprise me by sending said deceptive email that appeared to be a ***** Official, and the worrying thing is that there is someone in that Office that leaks the data or this company violates the security of the system to be able to obtain that data. Beyond feeling scammed for the $84.83 that they deceived me, and that I logically want to recover since I do not use any service as they mendaciously state, since I had the completed forms that the state provides for free, nor do I need any advice that they deceptively They say they offer. But what bothers me the most is that this company, after the many complaints it receives, continues to accumulate the personal data of its victims. For my part, I will always be afraid of where my personal data will end up, despite the fact that they claim to be respectful of privacy, and my doubt arises from this company's own conduct in surreptitiously appropriating my email address, and not modifying its commercial practice. Without a doubt, as I have already said, I intend to recover the lost money, but more than that I would value advice on how to protect the data that these people have taken from me.

    Scam, I thought I was on the government sight. I filled out the paperwork than when I check my account I realized I had been charged $88 ( I didnt understand why). Im happy I caught the **** before I mailed my documents. Please make sure your on the right sight before you do anything..

    I thought this was the site to renew the passport. I didn't know it was a third party scam. They charged me $69 then once you fill out the passport application, it states it will be another $130 for the passport. I want my money back.

    Cant believe I fell for this!! Scam!!! $88 gone and now they have my info! They need to be shut downhated to give them one star zero stars isnt allowed

    I was scammed, the site makes you think that you are on the government site for renewal of my passport, but in reality all it does is fill out a application for a renewal passport which I have to mail in and pay another fee. I would like my total cost refunded (*****) I am a senior citizen and they took advantage of my age to scam me out of my social security funds to pay for this service. The government needs to stop these schemes from abusing the elderly. AL7QYIXGMEDE

    I was scammed. I thought I was filling out the ***11 form for passports for myself and my 2 daughters. They pose as the government.. Got charged ****** total when the form is FREE at the post office. When I goggled passports it automatically routed me to easy filler. All of our information was compromised. Im terrified.

    I was working as I renewed my passport and was not paying attention, the government should not allow this, they took my money for nothing and now they have all of my information.

    This company presented like they are a government website for a passport. They charged me $88 to provide me a form that is offered for free at the government website. I tried to reach them, but no one is picking up the phone. Shady company.
