Not even worth a fraction of star. Went to Firestone Camp Pendleton Badilone drive for a repair. We left with over 10000.00 in damages which the store Manager and tech admitted fault and resolution.
Enter Gary ******** of California regional manager/corporate offices. He vows fair compensation expeditiously. He.delivers, lies, unfair compensation no where near the costs of damages they admitted to. Gary ******** insists that damages are normal wear and tear even though none.og the damages were there prior to entering their shop.
After offering 2100 roughly to cover a 10000 bill, I was insulted and furious. Since then 28th July when car entered service department, I have had TWO communications from Gary Brickman. A final offer if 3400 in compensation and a text asking me not to text him again. I have screen shots and emails, I have called and filed a claim with their claims department, their own records show ZERO communication to me other than me calling in requesting information.
Now 4 mos later, car is still at BMW FINALLY repaired after the 3400 offer of compensation and we are waiting for the check still. I have paid over 4000 out of pocket already, BMW very graciously knocked a few thousand off of the bill .
I have all kinds of documents verifying every word and Freestone doesn't deny any of it.
Gary ******** is most unprofessional lying and selfish person on a power trip I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He is the SOLE reason we are.still waiting for the car. It's always nice to see Marines and fellow service men treated this way.

There is a huge difference in what you see occur at a corporate location compared to a franchise owned location. Franchise promote and encourage misleading and manipulating customers to get "the sale." I personally greeted and address a customer's battery replacement. After service and payment manager stopped her walking or the door to "sell" her control arm driver side. Then it Changed to tie rod ends, then strut/shock. The strut was ordered but never installed. The manager lied to her saying it was completed, then turned around and offered a "free wheel speed sensor" After sitting and waiting from 5pm, past close at 6pm, and finally getting to leave at almost 7pm she was extremely upset and expressed that she was pressured into approving the strut, and that she had told Ash she didn't want it. He said he had to do it or she wouldn't be able to drive the car at all.

They price gouge for parts my warranty refused repair because they wanted 2 times the price of the part and when I confronted them about it they tried to explain this is the price we are getting from our supplier and I looked it up and tell me why same part number was half the price they were charging when I know they don't even pay that price for the part used to work with napa and delivered parts to firestone on the reg so I'm aware of the discounts they get to keep their prices fair or atleast should be lost my business for good over this even a dealership price was half of what they were asking how is this allowed

    Steer clear of this place
Get a tow or whatever you need to go to ANY OTHER REPAIR SHOP.
I took my BMW 128i there shortly after I moved to Florida. “
The cam position sensor had come up as service soon before I left Denver but went away until November. It started acting up so took it to Firestone on 14th St. in Bradenton. They replaced sensor. Service engine light still on when I picked it up. Occasionally it takes car couple days to recognize new part. It got considerably worse. Took it back in . They said it now needed crank shaft sensor. Had them put it in. First one was defective. Had it 2 days. Picked it up service light still on. They told me it probably would be as they had drained battery testing part. Well car started throwing off codes for everything. They sent me to another one of their locations that without even looking at car said it was drive chain?? I knew it wasn’t as that makes a lot of noise. So called around found another shop.
They let it sit for 5 days total telling me they were having trouble getting help. It was a German auto shop. Finally I went and picked it up. Took it to German Auto Services. They discovered that they can sensor was NOT EVEN INSTALLED ALL THE WAY INTO cam shaft! It was literally hanging from it! I have no idea how car even started.
So had to have diagnostic and computer reboot. Then cam & crank shaft sensors redone. German Auto Service took pictures of “ hanging sensor “ & striped screw that was shooting oil all over. I contacted firestones corporate offices. They were supposed to have regional manager contact me. Instead they had store manager call. Of course they denied everything. I said I had pictures. Still denied but offered me $250. ?? It was just shy of $900 that I paid them?? another $900 to get it fixed plus $230 for diagnostic & reboot?? so a month of frustration, all together over $2000 for what should’ve been $900 PERIOD??
I’ll never even let them check my tires again??

Let me start by saying iv been a customer for a few years with FIRESTONE until my last visit which was on 12/8/2022 7:45am I didn't get my car back until 12/9/2022 5pm and all I went for was a radiator replacement and that's where things went south... horrible horrible horrible alot of issues and problems with communication and workers not finishing there tasks on the car correctly or fully leaving the job poorly put together. HOW I know because after i paided WHILE is was being worked on still i waited and then got my car back while I was in the parking lot before leaving i heard something so i popped my hood open and checked the job they did and thats where i found things out of place and missing and not lied up and claps not where they go my bumper not lined up correctly even some pieces that was supposed to be replace wasn't replaced (i did take pictures ) so i see this as a Big RED Flag AND SAFTY CONCERN and the mechanic Luis i believe his name was worked on my vehicle told me to my face that the car was all set and ready before he left home hmm he lied to me the Customer i guess this is a big thing...at FIRE STONE THE IRONY... lie to the customer at all cost.and safety is not a top priority because a few clips and radiator fluid busting out while driving with kids wouldn't be a issue.. it's just smoke and fluid and over heating hmm well that was what I was told.. NICE thanks firestone for your complete service help 👎👎👎and let's not forget the big big inconvenience and stress this gave me and time lost from work I don't think I'll be coming back any ti
