After taking what was a several month old truck in to have a new set of Bridgetown tires put on I arrived to find that my rims were all damaged where they were holding them down to the tire removal station and there were several chips in the outside of two of the rims. From the parking lot of Firestone, I took pictures as did the associates at Firestone and submitted a claim with Firestones corporate division, they called me back, referencing a photo showing a reflection in my high gloss rims of the black top and claimed that those were representative of hundreds of chips and that the rims were oxidizing. I was stunned these rims were basically new!. I have called back to speak with the supervisor of that very rude claims associate and it emailed him a picture back of the truck rim in my garage where all you can see is damage and no additional chips. The store manager didnt take ownership. **** from the claims department **** taking ownership. In my opinion it seems as though Firestone simply wants to dismiss this without any actual investigation. I am now seeking legal council. Tough as I really like the tires and have owned many many sets

Bought my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT new at 2016. In October 2022 water pump gave out just 20 ft. from firestone so I got a new water pump at firestone. May of 2025 water pump went out again. Took it back to firestone and got confirmation. They said the warranty is only for a year. Keep in my I been doing at least 50 miles on average a day give or take. My O.E. pump lasted about 6 years and some months. The pump they installed (which i was unaware was a Napa part) lasted a little over 2 years and by the way the Napa part was over ****** dollars at 2022. An O.E. pump (Mopar) is ****** dollars at 2025. They was going to charge me over ****** dollars for a new pump and service. They was not going to try and give me a discounts for the over priced bad part that could not operate at least a full three years. This was firestone at *********** I am highly disappointed but this does not reflect the mechanics. This is strictly for the management that felt no responsibility for the bad experience. Time to find another repair station

I had a warranty on all four of my tires. Yesterday, one of my tires burst, so I took my car back to Firestone to have it replaced. The technician told me that I had driven ****** miles on the tire, and therefore, the warranty no longer applied, even though my warranty was supposed to cover up to ****** miles. Initially, he said the replacement tire would cost $120. When I protested, asking why I was being charged so much, he claimed to be doing me a favor by only charging me $64 plus tax. This is the third time theyve charged me despite my warranty being valid. Ill never use Firestone again once my warranty expirestheyre vultures!

We brought the vehicle in for overheating. They broke a part of the area the thermostat goes into while replacing it and had to have it for more of an extended period of time. Those things happen, we were glad they repaired it. When picking the vehicle up, however, we were unable to OPEN the drivers side door! We immediately went in and alerted them to this issue and they said, you can not prove you were able to get in and out of your car normally prior, and they refused to repair the door they broke!

Message to the area manager she hung up on me - **************** made excuses for the following The most recent issue we had was with our ***** Tahoe. We bought new tires and had them aligned on 07/23/2024 at the ** store purchasing a lifetime alignment. My wife waited for the alignment to be completed. Upon returning home I asked for the alignment report produced by the alignment machine for my records so I can see potential future issues. I keep the most recent report in the glove box.My wife said they did not give her a hard copy, but indicated they would email her one. After not receiving the first email she returned to your store to give them my email address and asked ***** to resend the attachments. The second email only had the invoice/receipt and recommended services so I called the store and talked to the manager, *****. I asked him to send the alignment report again and he agreed. Still no email with the report. It was close to closing time so we went to the store to pick up the print out. When we got to the store he admitted he had no mechanism to print the report physically or to PDF as he had done with the invoice and recommended services. His reasoning this time was that Firestone changed the alignment process where they dont produce reports anymore.I told him that policy is completely counter to the alignment industry. Every alignment machine that I have every seen or used is equipped with the software and hardware to print reports. Without an alignment report customers cannot trust that the work has been done. Most people cant validate that an alignment was done aside from steering corrections. In our case the alignment was only done because of new tires. In addition, being suspicious of no report prompted me to check my car for signs of a performed alignment. I did not see any evidence of an alignment, no tool marks at all. Dirt covered the entire area of where it could have been adjusted (tie rods were caked with dirt).

Been Firestone customer at **************************** for years. Usually just get oil changes. Use coupon. Service usually acceptable. The last year place has gone down hill. Few months ago, made appointment. Long story short, waited 45 minutes. Asked when car would be serviced. Kept getting delayed. Finally demanded keys back. Employee a smug d*** Complained got free oul change and tire rotation.Last straw: made oil change appointment June 28th. Wait usual 25 minutes for car to get serviced. Was told stabilizer link broken. Against my better judgment said yes. Looked at invoice. Charged for 2 link pin kits when one needed. Looked up part number. Marked up 300% AND bled me $12 for shop supplies!!!!! Firestone admitted double charging for part. Blamed corporate for gouging pricing. Contacted corporate and getting partial refund. Will not do business with firestone again. Terrible business practices.

Terrible people. Had cars coolant system flushed and ther e was still all kinds of foreign material in the system and it was refilled to the brim of the reservoir cap. Luckily I was rescheduled from a Friday to a Monday because I had to travel 300 miles round trip through very hot conditions. I hazard to guess what might have happened under extreme pressure. Of course I was welcomed to come have some drained, but no apology and none of us have time to return to have poor work repeated. Never again.

Firestone Complete Auto Care:I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at ******************** from Feb 5 to Feb 8, *****. Despite my expectations for professional and reliable service, because you are a complete ********* Facility, I am disappointed with the services I received. My car was towed in because of a problem with the *** signal and low break fluid I believed this issue would be resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the time I left the car in your shop was too long and the bill was high. The delay in servicing the car caused me inconvenience and resulted in additional costs, and loss of time. During this time, I called often to check on the progress of the repairs. I think they may have a staffing problem since I was kept on hold for long each time I called. Moreover, the level of customer service was below what one would expect from a reputed service center. There was a lack of clear communication. The initial estimate was $1000, but I paid $1907. The bill was unclear, and I might not have received a bill if I had not asked for one after payment. The car was not ready, the day, I went to pick it up. The waiting area with coffee was not clean and the coffee machine did not work.My recent experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I left detailed feedback about my experience, and someone was supposed to get back to me by email or phone call, but nobody did.

There is a huge difference in what you see occur at a corporate location compared to a franchise owned location. Franchise promote and encourage misleading and manipulating customers to get "the sale." I personally greeted and address a customer's battery replacement. After service and payment manager stopped her walking or the door to "sell" her control arm driver side. Then it Changed to tie rod ends, then strut/shock. The strut was ordered but never installed. The manager lied to her saying it was completed, then turned around and offered a "free wheel speed sensor" After sitting and waiting from 5pm, past close at 6pm, and finally getting to leave at almost 7pm she was extremely upset and expressed that she was pressured into approving the strut, and that she had told Ash she didn't want it. He said he had to do it or she wouldn't be able to drive the car at all.
