1 starStated my complaints in April 2025. Got a few emails back and forth. Then what I was asked to rectify the situation - CRICKETS. I emailed them several times with out a response. Its now September. They think they can just sweep customers under the rug because they are big company. My minimal amount requested is a lot to a single mother of 3 who not only paid for the services and not fixed is a lot to me. I dont think asking to be reimbursed for the jobs they didnt do and the rental car I had to rent because of no car on Easter weekend is too much. Thank god I found a mobile mechanic who came out that Monday and fix the issues they did not. I didnt ask for reimbursement for the mechanic who fixed the problem just the out of pocket monies I put out because of thier negligence. ******** customer service all around! Smile in you face, then taken advantage of.Review fromAlyssa R

1 starI scheduled an appointment with the Store Manager **** on Sunday 9/7 as i was having my vehicle towed to their location for a diagnostic. He was extremely helpful and got me scheduled for Wednesday 9/10 and he went as far as telling me that I wasn't required to be present when the car arrived and they would get the car checked out and a follow up call would be made to give me an update on their findings. Well, the tow truck was a little delayed this morning and when I called Firestone to inform them that the driver was headed their way with the vehicle I was told by ***** who I later found out was the service manager that I would need to be present to sign the car in. I explained to him that ****, STORE MANAGER told me that this was not necessary as I reiterate that I am a current customer. I told him that I was heading to work which is about 30 minutes from my home and he said I'm sorry you will need to be here. Once I got off the road I placed a second call to Firestone to speak with **** and was told that he is off until Friday. As the frustration set in, I began to again repeat the conversation to ***** and he then says that **** doesn't always give accurate information and goes on to say that he "*****" does things the right way and he runs a tight ship and an autograph must be received before any car enters his shop. As someone who works in **************** I found ****** comments about his store manager to be completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and unprofessional. To speak poorly of a manager in front of a customer is not only inappropriate, but it also reflects extremely poorly on your company! I ultimately chose to take my vehicle to ********, where the experience was handled very differently. They registered my vehicle over the phone, without requiring my physical presence, and provided a smooth and professional customer service experience!Review fromCHRISTINA S

1 starI gave one star because its only way I can leave a review. I give negative 0! They have had my ca over a month. Initially, I took there cause it was overheating they ran diagnostics on it was water pump. I have the report nothing else major wrong with it. My warranty covered that. Got it back over 2 weeks later after having to contact corporate more then once. Had it less than 48 hours it left me stranded. My warranty people made me call Firestone since they were last to touch it ... It sat there at Firestone for over a week no update except ***** telling me to call dealership and see I could trade it for something else. I emailed corporate again after about 36 hours after being told someone other then ***** or **** would reach out to me within 48 hours. ***** supposedly replace a piece he said needed to replace when my car left me stranded. Told me for 2 1/2 days it was running no problem. Text last night I could pick it up today 09/06/25 around 9 just needed to put new battery in. I walked over 6 miles thinking in 100 degree weather to get there and ***** tell me it's the engine now. I question if it really is or they trying to scam me because I am female. I am at my wits end don't know what else to do. I just want my car fixed right. If your smart don't use Firestone. I thought cause they been around long time my car would be in good handsReview fromKristen S

1 starI once praised this location and its team. I meant every word at the time. But now, after whats happened to my vehicle and the danger my family was put in, I fully retract that review.Firestone destroyed my vehicle. Not by accident but by a repeated, careless pattern of failure, denial, and blatant disrespect. They put me and my spouse at risk; we drove across state lines in a car that never shouldve left the lot. The fact that we werent seriously injured or worse isnt just luck its grace.According to **** Firestone everything was handled, all warranty work was completed, and there was nothing more to be done. Except, of course, it was still broken because the components that shouldve been installed were never actually there. Its not confusion. Its not miscommunication. Its negligence, plain and simple.Lets not forget where this shop is located: on a military base. The very place where integrity, honor, and accountability are supposed to matter. And yet, this is how customers including military families are treated? No sense of urgency. No ownership of mistakes. No respect for the people theyre ********** if that werent enough, vehicles are regularly left outside unsecured, hoods wide open, overnight before and after business hours. On base or not, thats not just sloppy. Its **************** no I no longer recommend this location nor any Firestone. Not for service. Not for honesty. Not for anything. And if youre a military spouse, service member, or anyone who values safety, trust, or basic decency Id advise you to run, not walk, in the opposite direction.May God bless every customer who walks through those doors because if your experience looks anything like mine, youre going to need it.Review fromJosh G

1 starAfter taking what was a several month old truck in to have a new set of Bridgetown tires put on I arrived to find that my rims were all damaged where they were holding them down to the tire removal station and there were several chips in the outside of two of the rims. From the parking lot of Firestone, I took pictures as did the associates at Firestone and submitted a claim with Firestones corporate division, they called me back, referencing a photo showing a reflection in my high gloss rims of the black top and claimed that those were representative of hundreds of chips and that the rims were oxidizing. I was stunned these rims were basically new!. I have called back to speak with the supervisor of that very rude claims associate and it emailed him a picture back of the truck rim in my garage where all you can see is damage and no additional chips. The store manager didnt take ownership. **** from the claims department **** taking ownership. In my opinion it seems as though Firestone simply wants to dismiss this without any actual investigation. I am now seeking legal council. Tough as I really like the tires and have owned many many setsReview fromMarlyse D

1 starI normally don't leave reviews, but I will tell you my service was so bad. I need to let public know. Before leaving your car there take pictures and a video all around the outside and interior of your car. My car was towed and they manhandled the car so bad it had grease and scratches all on the interior that De valued my car, I made a report to corporate to which they didn't care and told me, but can I prove it?Review fromTyrone G

1 starBought my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT new at 2016. In October 2022 water pump gave out just 20 ft. from firestone so I got a new water pump at firestone. May of 2025 water pump went out again. Took it back to firestone and got confirmation. They said the warranty is only for a year. Keep in my I been doing at least 50 miles on average a day give or take. My O.E. pump lasted about 6 years and some months. The pump they installed (which i was unaware was a Napa part) lasted a little over 2 years and by the way the Napa part was over ****** dollars at 2022. An O.E. pump (Mopar) is ****** dollars at 2025. They was going to charge me over ****** dollars for a new pump and service. They was not going to try and give me a discounts for the over priced bad part that could not operate at least a full three years. This was firestone at *********** I am highly disappointed but this does not reflect the mechanics. This is strictly for the management that felt no responsibility for the bad experience. Time to find another repair stationReview fromLauna N

1 starI had a warranty on all four of my tires. Yesterday, one of my tires burst, so I took my car back to Firestone to have it replaced. The technician told me that I had driven ****** miles on the tire, and therefore, the warranty no longer applied, even though my warranty was supposed to cover up to ****** miles. Initially, he said the replacement tire would cost $120. When I protested, asking why I was being charged so much, he claimed to be doing me a favor by only charging me $64 plus tax. This is the third time theyve charged me despite my warranty being valid. Ill never use Firestone again once my warranty expirestheyre vultures!
