Bill2Pay keeps canceling my payment for my electric bill for no reason and charging me $22.00 for the returned payment. I contacted REMOVEDand they said this was due to Bill2Pay "not being able to locate the account or the payment method information" which makes no sense because I've paid with the same payment method before and it did go through; I have bank statements as proof. Now because of Bill2Pay canceling my electric bill payment for absolutely no reason at all whatsoever for the third time this year, now I am being charged again a returned payment fee of $22.00 and my account with El Paso Electric is now placed on a "cash only" status for the next twelve months which is so inconvenient for me and not my fault this keeps happening. I verified with my bank and there were plenty of funds in the account to cover the payment and all information was entered correctly and the same debit card has been used before to pay my El Paso Electric bill so I don't understand why Bill2Pay keeps canceling my account and saying the reason is because "they are unable to locate the payment". What do they mean they are unable to locate the payment ? If I entered all the information correctly and this payment method has been used before to pay this bill. Has to be a system glitch on their end because everything is correct on my end and there are plenty of funds in my bank account. Also when you try to call them, either they never answer or they answer and just hang up on you. Terrible customer service over all. Will no longer be doing business with them and will be sure to get the word out to everyone. Just pay your bills online through REMOVED. They only charge you $1.00 for the processing fee and won't keep canceling your payment for no reason just because they feel like it and just to take your money and return your payment just to charge you the returned payment fee like Bill2Pay does. Sounds like a scam to me from Bill2Pay. "Unable to locate payment". Yeah ok.

As part of the closing on our home, the Seller ordered the REMOVEDdocuments via HomeWiseDocs a subsidiary. The link to the documents was provided to meet the legal obligation for the sale. I have always had access to these documents via the order L5349BR7L. Now the company is stating tat I can no longer access the information and need to reorder for hundreds of dollars. I would liek access to my REMOVEDdocuments that were already paid for in the closing.
