      This company feels like a scam. They were delayed in sending me a CPAP that my pulmonologist ordered for me, so I called and they cited insurance prior authorizations as the issue and blamed my pulmonologist's office. So I called my insurance company and they stated that that CPAPs do not require a prior authorization. The whole experience felt like a scam and a joke.

      They are the worst place. I was told my insurance would pay for everything at 100% and I would just have to pay for monthly replacement parts. I got a $300 bill they they automatically took from my credit card. I took the machine back and they told me I wouldn't get billed for anything else. Now that I haven't had my machine for over a month they are sending me another $100 bill that they have already paid with my credit card. That $100 was a pending insurance payment. So your telling me that my insurance covered nothing and you guys lied again. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS PLACE!!!

      they don't do what they say they will. They LIE ABOUT ORDERING PARTS/EQUIPMENT. IT TAKES SEVERAL CALLS TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY SAT "ORDERED" , 2 months later they say "ORDERED", 5 WEEKS LATER they say waiting for approval. 2 weeks later..."ordered". Still not ordered.receptionist is indifferent, lazy, doesn't tell anyone you're there and waiting (in my case over 1 1/2 hours).

      This company has no idea what they're doing. I was told in the beginning of the contract when the O2 concentrator was delivered there would no longer be a copay after 13 months. Four people from Lincare customer service confirmed this. Now after the 13 months they're saying I will have to continue to pay the monthly copay. I'm beyond frustrated with them. Think twice before using them....try to find someone else.

      I have been on hold for 70 minutes. I received a bill for service jan 2024. This is after I paid the last bill for 25.00 last month. I am no longer a customer. I have no idea why they are sending me a bill from 18 months ago. I am not paying..

      Refused to deliver O2 tanks when called. Was told by company that if O2 tanks were empty to call and they would bring more. This is an unacceptable situation for any person who requires continuous oxygen therapy at home.

      Think twice before doing business with Lincare. They sent me a $450 bill because they said I wasnt compliant the first 90 days. However, the mask I had, I could not get used to. I gave it 4 weeks like they said. Still no luck. I got in 2 weeks after the initial call (total 6 weeks since getting CPAP). After they changed out my mask, I have not had an issue since and wear the mask every night. They did not care to hear about it being a mask issue. Also, they are supposed to send filters, masks, etc to be changed out weekly, monthly, etc. still have not received a new mask. Filters are supposed to be changed out every two weeks, I received one auto ship and nothing since. This company is a joke!

      Lincare is the worst! We have called many times, same, nothing. Our bill was paid immediately, and they keep taking money out of our checking over a walker!! I would NEVER recommend this place. Worst customer service, rude, quite frankly, crooks!

      If there was a ZERO star rating, Lincare would get it. I've been on the phone for at lease 45 min., so far, waiting for a customer service representative to pick up. In April, I ordered a replacement cushion for my mask. They sent THREE, plus a box full of other items I DID NOT order! They billed my insurance company, then me for the box load. I was then billed $288.68. I called in May and HOLLY told me that the bill would be corrected. I ended up talking with five different people. One of them told me not to pay the bill until it was corrected. It's now the end of JULY. The only time I hear from them is when someone calls and want me to pay the now $323.00 bill. I've been waiting for over 45 min. for customer service. I, honestly, don't think anyone works on customer service, so good luck if you're trying to reach someone there. This is absolutely the worst business I've ever had to deal with. I've changed suppliers...

      It deserves zero stars. As this company doesn't allow posts or reviews on their own site I'll simply have to voice my sentiments here. I was prescribed a c-pap machine and got my equipment from United Medical. Then the bills started arriving. My insurance wasn't covering any of it so I returned all of the equipment and closed the account. In February. In March, another bill for, they claimed, deductible amounts. I called. 'The last possible bill will be in May. By then all of the deductibles would have been applied' I was told. Then in April a Bill. In May a bill, and now in July a bill. All for 'deductibles'. I have paid each of them. I will pay not a single one more. This company is a scam. Fraud is what they perpetrate. They claim you owe them when your account is long closed. Do NO business with these fraudsters.
