      This is the second time a few months that I have been shipped 5 Keto Gummies. The last time that I received them, I called and tried to cancel any relationship that I had with the company. I was supposed to have canceled both that order. Now I have received another shipment that I DID NOT order. I will return this shipment immediately if I am advised to do so. There should NOT be ANY CHARGEs to me

      When ordering on screen it shows you one (reasonable) price but it's bait-and-switch and they charge you almost 4x the amount you agreed to pay. I called within the hour to cancel the order but they would not do it. First offered me 20% back, then 30%, then 60% but would not cancel. I do not trust this company and I will not be putting their products into my body. I want to return the products and get my $129.99 refunded. I've been given a RMA code which is just my last name and zip code, and told to mail it back and wait three weeks for a refund. I would prefer to simply drop off the package in person at their address in *******, ** on ************ but can't get confirmation of that either. I don't want to spend money shipping back this package when I can drive there in 10 minutes.

      On 11/14/22, I placed an order for 2 bottles of Keto ACV gummies. As soon as I placed it I got a order confirmation saying I had ordered $199 worth of gummies & another $60 of some other product I never even ordered. I immediately called the toll free number where I was told that they couldnt locate my order, so that I could cancel it since it was incorrectly placed by the company. I spoke to three different ******* ****** of them were able to locate or cancel my order. I called my bank, & had the charges disputed & asked to have my card canceled & send me out a new credit card with a new credit card number. I then called the toll free number of the company first thing the next morning & miraculously they were able to find my order, but couldnt cancel it for me, said it was too late it was already shipped. They agreed to refund me half of the total charges, & said l would need to ship it back to them in order to get a full refund. As I am writing this complaint I have not received any ******* *** am not sure if I will ever get my full refund back even once the company has gotten my package back into their warehouse. I will need to receive a full refund from this company for all of the charges that were put on my credit card for an order l was not allowed to cancel within the 5 minutes after it was placed incorrectly by this company. This is a scam company using people on ******** to get you to click on their website, this company needs to be shut down. It is a total scam!!

      I received 5 bottles if their product that I never ordered and did not sign up for a free sample of anything. My checking account took a $200.00 hit. I called the bank and started a dispute. They contacted the company and they said they would not refund any money unless * calledthem personally. The bank shut the card off and I did as asked and called. I was told I had to return the product before any money was returned. I was given a RMA # and I shipped the product back via ***** return receipt. The product was signed for on 11/9. I contacted the company a week later and they said they do not have confirmation of the product being returned. I then gave them the tracking # and the name of the person that signed for the product. I was then told I would have to wait 2-3 weeks. When I aSked to speak to a manager I was told they were busy at the moment. I would like my $200.00 back!

      As of today there has been no refund! I try to call and only get message that they will call back which they won't. Next step? Maybe the attorney General of ***  ************ is probably holding millions of dollars in people's money and earning interest on it everyday

      This company called Bio-Lyfe continues to take money out of my account for product I never ordered and continue to take $199.99 and $60.00 without permission. There is no way to contact them to stop sending me product that I didnt order and taking payment out of my account. I want this to stop, I didnt agree to this at all and I want it to stop and credit my account.

      I received an unsolicited package from Bio Lyfe for their Keto gummies, what was to be a one time purchase has turned into a repeat delivery, I received the second shipment on 11/10/2022, I have sent the cancellation e-mail but have not received a reply. If any debit withdrawals to my account have occurred for this shipment I would like a full refund return to my account, I will be returning the item effective today to Lyfe Time Shipping. It has not been opened. Please update me as to this complaint.Thanks

      Ordered the product and was suppose to be 3 bottles get 2 free for $199. Then they charged me $199 and another $60 and sent a detox. I spoke to someone and they said they would refund me for the detox but then only refunded me for $18 instead of $60. At the same time I told them to take me off any subscription. I just received another 5 bottles that I did NOT authorize and they charged me again for the $199.98. They are just charging my card without permission after I already cancelled the subscription back in September. Today I talked to someone and was told the subscription was never cancelled and they would give me half off the shipment. I do not want this product. I just want my money refunded. They told me I can return the product but I have to pay for shipping and then they would decide at the warehouse what my refund would be. Then it would take up to three weeks to get the money refunded. This is a horrible company just scamming people. I would like this issue resolved as soon as soon as possible. I just want my $199.98 refunded!!!

      I agree to be charged ***** for one bottle and I have been charged ****** for 5 bottles that I did not want . I tried calling numbers on emails and no one answers I sent emails and no one calls me back . Now I just got charged another ****** on my bank. Total fraud and I want my money back . They are scamming people with these keto gummies that dont work and not what you authorized to buy or pay

      I ordered Keto Gummies from BioLyfe in SEPTEMBER 2022 with a buy 1 get 1 free and got charged for approximately $126 for the buy 1 get 1 free + a detox that I did not order. They have me on an automatic renewal which I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I have tried to contact them repeated via their 800# and email to their support line. I think it's a scam. Please advise next step and stop this business from doing what they are doing - it's FRAUD.

      I ordered this product - I paid for it. Like so many others complaining -I MADE SURE IT WAS NOT A SUBSCRIPTION!!! They sent the product anyway - I received it with no invoice or way to call them to complain. I did get a hold of them at ************ as I want my money back and to NEVER receive this product again. They promised both of those things will happen. I am returning the product tomorrow 11.12.22. TBC..
