    This company charged me $260 during Labor Day weekend. I never ordered anything from them and do not want any of their products. I refused delivery and now they are saying they will not give me my money back.

    We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We received an order from you on 09/02/22 for Biolyfe - 5 Keto Gummy (5 Bottles) for which you paid $199.88 and Detox (2 Bottles) for $60.00. There is no way for us to place an order for you. You have to enter your credit card information on the checkout page and hit the submit my order button. Without you doing this no order would be placed. We have no way of knowing your credit card information nor can we go to your checkout page and force the order through.

    Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

    Please look at my attachments. They have the merhcandise back, I returned the items before October. My card company at first credited me back the amount but then they gave the money back to the business, there is no open dispute process as they have both my money and the merchandise that I did not ask for.

    This place charged my bank account for an order I did not authorize. They told me they wouldn't refund my money.

    I went online to order the product Biolyfe. The product was listed as $39.99 with free shipping. I checked my account that evening and Biolyfe charged my account $199.99. This was not what I wanted and have been trying to contact them via phone and email. No one has contacted me at this time. When I received the "confirmation email" I responded and told them to cancel the order immediately. I still have not heard back from them. I called the number listed on my online bank account but no one answers the phone. The voicemail says "press 9 to talk to a representative". I pressed 9 and they tell you to leave a message. I have left 3 messages from last night and today and still have not received a response.

    I did order two health products to test for results. I used products I ordered and was not happy with results. I was set up on a monthly delivery that I did not authorize, The outfit charged my account, I called and cancelled the automatic refill and received a RMA return number along with a cancellation number. When package arrived I returned the same day thru United Post Office. My tracking number indicated return but the company did not credit my account. I filled with my bank a claim on the charge and the bank was able to get them to refund some of the credit due. Since I did not approve this second purchase along with trying to scam me out of money I do not appreciate the lack of customer service or response to situation. I feel if I would have not notified my bank I would have not even received the amount they did credit. I expect to be paid back in full especially since I did not authorized and had to pay Postal return fee without sending me a return sticker. This Is not a good company with any respect for consumers except for sales. If nothing is accomplished by this note I would still like this to be a complaint again this business from a very frustrated consumer.

    I placed an online order on 10/13/22. I was under the impression I was ordering something that was $60.00. I was immediately charged $60.00 plus a second charge of $129.99. I tried to cancel immediately but had trouble finding contact information. I found it the next day and called. I was told it was too late to cancel and items had been shipped. They said once I received I could call back and process a return. I did that and they informed me of process to return and I was told I would receive a FULL refund. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks to process after they received items. **** tracking showed they received items on 10/25/22. I called today, 11/15/22, as I have not received refund. They told me they would process today (and debit card should show up refund in 2-3 days); HOWEVER, they said there would be a $10 per bottle re-stocking fee (total $40). I informed them that I was very upset, as I followed their return instructions exactly and I was told at time, I would receive a full refund. Now they say I will be penalized $40 for something I tried to cancel immediately, returned unopened as instructed. I informed them that I was quite upset with their business practices and that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully, I can get my full refund, but also warn other customers of this "shady" business. Thank you for any assistance you can offer. *******************************

    On November 12th 2022 I ordered the product BioLyfe which was suppose to be ***** . I completed this on their website I gave my name, address, etc then when the credit card nfo came I put my credit card nfo in, what next appeared was another way they could get me and there was no way to get to the next page without pressing the button I did thinking that the next page would be a summary of what I had ordered. It was not. My total came out to be 260.00??I immediately Checked my bank account and indeed they had taken that money. I called the company and stated I was misled, their website is deceptive, and I wanted my money back. They gave me the run around and stated they could give me a refund 50% off. I stated I only wanted to pay ***** plus tax and not about to pay this amount. They said if I didnt want the deal I must wait 3-5business days for the item and return taking care of all shipping. I then checked their reviews and people had gone through the same thing. This company is very deceptive, the website only allows one to press buttons to get to the next page and the final page should be a review of the thing I wanted and finally a submit page This is not how they do it. I tried to get ALL my-money back . Hoping you could help

    Ordered product online. They sent more that what ordered, which is why there are 2 charges. I tried one gummy which was horrible and called company and sent everything back for full refund

    I decided to purchase these Keto gummies that I have seen ads for. I went to the website and started reviewing the options for purchase. They had an option number three which was, buy one bottle and get one free. In the mist of filling out the information, a pop up window appeared to "spin the wheel" for an added discount. The discount I received was for 55% off my order. I went through the check out processes and once I put in my credit card information I was charged for 2 bottles at $64.95 each and then 2 additional bottle of another product for $30.00 each. I never approved this transaction and would have never made the purchase if I had seen the total amount of what I was being charged. I immediately called their customer service number and was on hold for a bit, finally when I was able to talk to a customer service representative she told me she was unable to cancel the order. I explained to her that I had placed it ************************************************************************************** a 20% discount. I was trying to understand why she could not cancel it and again she apologized to me and offered me a 50% discount. I told her that I wanted a full refund but to no avail she couldn't do that. She told me that once I get the product that I could send it back ( I will have to pay for shipping) and they will process a refund. At this point I was so frustrated I told her to have a good day and hung up.     On November 6, 2022 at 8:57 pm I placed an order for 3 bottles of CBD gummies for $39.99. Within minutes my account was charged $200. There was no mention of this price on tv. I called the next morning and was told they will not refund my account! I do not recommend doing business with this company.
