    On October 9,2022, I ordered a product called BioLyfe Keto Gummies from a company of the same name. There was an offer of a ***** formula as well which I DID NOT want. The next day, October 10, my bank account was charged not only $129. for the Keto gummies but an additional $60. for the ***** formula. Upon receipt, I thought perhaps I had mistakenly clicked on the ***** as well and was just going to accept it. However, when I read the ingredients, CAYENNE Pepper was listed. I am allergic to any and all forms of pepper so I contacted the company via email and asked to be able to return the ***** and be refunded the purchase price of same. I have now contacted them three times but have gotten no response. I would like my $60. refunded. I was willing to pay the postage to return the product as it has NOT been opened.     Have spoken to the company return the product of Keto ACV gummys ****** add detox for ***** Sent back10/4/22 first class I tryed to cancel the whole shipment within *********************************** two bottles of gummys and two bottles of some detox that I didnt even order fought with them told them I wanted my whole refund back they agreed to send me my refund ,it never was put in my bank Called them again gave me some transaction numbers telling me it was already deposited in my account at the bank bank has no money that was deposited back from them that was on October 7 call again October ************************************************************************************************************ theyre going to send an E check within 7 to 10 days my reference number is E5E43C6 so now they have their product back and refused to give me my $189.99 please help

    Cancel order! Advertisement was for Buy three bottles at $39.99 (totaling $119.99 get two free.)Then it said people that buy these also like this clearance detox would you like to add two bottles for $30 ea. I hit No it added anyhow and charged me for all five Bottles of gummies totaling $199.99 & $60 for detox pills. I called the minute I saw error to cancel order, left message on answering machine, followed up with call at 10am to their customer service and was told by woman they couldnt cancel, Id have to call them after I receive the overcharged and unwanted products I didnt order. ******* also refused to block as it was two pending transactions one $199.99 & one $60. Said call and dispute after it processed to a charge. Both provide terrible customer service and ********************** is scamming people hoping they dont catch being charged for the two free bottles they advertise. BioLyfe customer did-service number is; *************************************** or lack of is: ************. Where has truthfulness and customer service gone in our country? Sad! I can send many screen shots if given an email address of my written dispute on BioLyfe customer service on line. Can also send screenshots of the on-line offer/advertisement in which they should only be charging for 3 bottles or $119.99

You can get this discounted price of $39.99 for one bottle if you will purchase a bundle, more bottles more discounts you can get. The deal is $199.99 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $66.66. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $199.99 by 5) to $39.99 for each bottle. You also placed an additional order of Biolyfe - 2 Detox for which you paid $60.00. 

    We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.

    As a one time courtesy, we issued a full refund as the customer requested. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    Mot how it is listed on your ad, no where does it show a $66.66 price, nowhere. I pushed No to the second product and you added it anyhow. 

    your scamming people and wasted a lot of my time as you are doing to others.

    terrible business practices and using shark tank as your way to hope consumers accept your misleading sales tactics. I feel sorry to those fat people not paying attention to their credit card charges and being taken advantage of by you.
