    They are *** **** and a lier! And alot more! From first contact they say the owner is a military veteran. I find that very hard to believe, because a veteran would never treat another veteran the way I was treated. I am a disabled war veteran. The young man took total advantage of the information. We did a over the phone room by room inventory. Believe me I know how to preform an inventory that was my job in the Army. I advised him from the start of my limited funds. He insisted he would work it out. When we started in on the money portion, cost of the move and deposit. He placed me on hold several times adjusting the total amount until he got to a price that I could afford. I was impressed. The total was a little over $12,00.00. I was excited. Then it was time for the deposit we agreed on a little over $2700.00. He advised me to look over the inventory, if we missed anything we could alter it during QA. QA calls 2 days before movers appointment, and pushed for $3800.00 more. I told him I couldn't afford it he dropped to a little less then $2000.00. Mind you we never went over the inventory, believe me I asked! The mover came we was supposed the pay $5800.00. That price went up to $7705.00 from a company called ******* ******. Now that they have our whole life in their truck. Now we have to max out out credit card to pay and get our household items to our new address, and pay another $7705.00. Where am I supposed to get this money from? We don't have it we are trying to get the house we moved on of ready to sale while moving into our new home. The company is a '******' and should be flaged so no one else can get ****** ***. I pray that someone can stop there people. I believed these other recommendations. They are fake. They have their employees to write in when someone like me that tells the truth. Please don't believe the hype. I am a real customer that has been tricked in using this company by reading the other these other reviews.

    i would rather sit on top of the Mount Everest and freeze to death before i ever use this company again. please look ELSEWHERE before choosing them i promise it will save you the stress. they made my BIG 12 hr move literally sooo stressful that i could not focus on anything else. they make it seem oh so sweet and easy when your discussing the estimate and says that it includes all fees then as soon as its time for them to pickup they dont communicate anything with the carriers causing you to have to repeat yourself to every person that calls your phone which not to mention it will be about 65 different people each time. they tell you a price and tell the carriers to charge you another price which increases the quote that you locked in at pickup AND delivery. So that is an increase of atleast $300-$400. they charge if you have stairs, an elevator and if the carriers are carrying the items too long and says that is a long carry- yeah A JOKE, just like ***** which is who was the first person i spoke with and it was downhill from there. She tried to sound all sweet and helpful and i should have known that was a red flag when she kept trying to bring up other companies and the legal laws of what their supposed to charge. i would really WALK to NY and back before i ever work with them again i stg. and not even just the upcharging but the customer service is ***, they will call you multiple times a day just to tell you so and so will call you at this time and every rep has the littlest piece of information. QA ************** was aware of everything i had because I sent a picture and they did not tell me to package/wrap anything which caused what? AN UPCHARGE. If I was not running out of characters i would finish yall tf off, im glad this is over with and i swear to GOD they will not receive another dime from me as long as I live. Merry Christmas ??
