    Beware of this company They give you a good price and get your no refundable deposit Then just before your move a second person calls to go over everything and your move costs will double Since they have a good deposit and you only have days before your move you just got F

    My husband and I wouldnt have used this company if we knew they outsourced movers to do the work. Nothing that we were told while getting our quote was true. When the movers came to pack up the rest of our things, they told us we had too much stuff even though when we did our quote over the phone we told them everything we had. We had no choice but to get rid of a lot of our things or pay $2,000 more dollars. We ended up paying $1,500 more in the end even AFTER getting rid of all our big items. So how did we still end up paying more if we got rid of 40% of our stuff? Also, highly disappointed about the fact that once they picked up our stuff in ***********, ** they put it in storage and kept it there until three days ago. They said our stuff would be here three weeks ago. So we've been waiting a month for our stuff. If I could give this company zero stars I definitely would. Too expensive and their lack of communication with each other makes it not worth it. ******* from this company apparently gave us wrong info too. When we called for our quote initially, he said we wouldnt have to pay ANYTHING until after delivery. Well when the movers got there, they wanted it all before they even moved our stuff. Seems sketchy to me. NO ONE we talked to had good customer service skills. One lady had an attitude and called me pet names (sweetheart) (honey) which Im not okay with, especially when you can tell she has an attitude. Nothing we were told happened. Stray away from this sham of a company. And if you want to look up our account because everything is notated, its under ***************************. This company advertises to take care of their veterans, I beg to differ. **************

    DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are extremely pushy and try to get you to sign. They wont refund you for services you didnt want. Even within the parameters of their contract. I cant wait for them to get sued to the ground.
