I placed my order on 1-26-23, $79.99 & the products were in stock at the time. The website states 3-5 business days to be shipped. Had inquired about my order over a week after because no tracking number. Received tracking number and website stated unfulfilled. The company gave me a run around for several weeks, changing my order number and even saying that the order was misplaced. Now they say that the majority of my order is not in stock, trying to issue me a refund for those items & a hoodie(so I can advertise their brand), after holding my money for a month and not shipping my product!Business Response

I placed an order from redcon1 and have had an issue with my order! *** tried chatting with a representative on the website over 15 times and nobody responds! *** sent numerous emails and nobody responds! Ive called the customer service line and nobody picks up! *** left voicemails on the customer service line and nobody calls me back! I called the corporate number and left a voicemail with HR because I ran out of options! Nobody has responded! Ive messaged the Instagram account for redcon1 and nobody has responded!This company has taken my money and threw me to the Curb! They are a complete scam!Business Response

On 1/31/23 placed an order for $80 (order # *******). Never received a email receipt and order status shows unfulfilled, with no tracking information. Made a second purchase on 2/1/23 which shows it arriving to my door tomorrow. Then when calling RedCons customer service # there is never an answer, so it seems the customer service is non existent.Business Response

I placed an order on 01JAN23 and was charged. It is now 14JAN23 and my item still hasnt shipped and shows as order in process. Ive been using Redcon1 products for several years now. They make an excellent product but their customer service and shipping experiences are 3rd world. They are a smaller company that has far exceeded their ability to responsibly conduct business on a national level failing to maintain products on shelves in stores and in Amazon inventory in which is where I switched to purchasing the last couple years due to horrible order pick/ship times from ordering direct with Redcon1. The last time I ordered (direct) was about a year ago and had to wait about 2 weeks to get the order. (Again, these are for products that were available and ready to ship). This most recent order I placed for about $350.00 on December 30th, it is now January 14th and the order has yet to be picked/shipped and they have failed/refused to answer two separate emails inquiring about the order. Someone from the BBB needs to consult the owner of this company on negligent practices and how to operate responsibly if they continue to do business on a national level.Business Response

On December 21st 2022, I submitted an order through redcon1 (*******). On 12/22/22, I received an email stating my order was being processed. A week went by and ***** it was a very busy time (holidays), I did not push for tracking number. On January 3rd, I still havent heard or received any communication about my order. I emailed customer service to check on the status. Only after inquiring about my order did they present a tracking number. I proceeded to check the status and it stated label printed. So I gave it a little more time for *** innovations to pick it up. On 1/6/23 I emailed customer service again,This time asking if my order was lost.. customer service replied 1/6/23, sending me the same tracking number I already had, saying its been shipped. I contacted *** at this point and they told me: label was printed but the package never made it to their trucks. I emailed Redcon1 customer service back, this time I shared the information *** provided - never received it, its still with vendor. The Redcon1 rep proceeded to apologize and said it probably was lost in transit (even thought *** never picked it up), and generated a new order.. Great, im happy, my order is finally coming ! January 6, 2023 - i received 2 new emails, order confirmed, order being processing. January 13, 2023, 1 week after, no status change. I send a lengthy email to customer explaining my whole ordeal with both orders and all they sent back was the same tracking number I already had.. no updates, no reason why my orders were delayed and or cancelled.. just heres your tracking number. I called numerous times, I tried using the chat system, said customer service will be with me in 6 minutes. I waited 12 minutes without closing the chat and still nothing. Im beginning to think they want me to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I purchased supplements during the 50% holiday sale. I saved $97.00. Makes me think they are delaying me purposely. I ordered 3 Halo bottles on 12/23/22 (order # *******) and it shipped to ******, no problems. Actually pretty quick !
I personally think it has something to do with the ****** Warehouse.. Is it possible to ship my supplements out from another redcon1 warehouse? Maybe from *******, their main hub?

I submitted another order on January 26th, a 4th order (Order #*******) hoping it would get through. But its still being prepared in ******.per my tracking app, shows my order being processed in ******. Maybe this is the problem? You dont have a warehouse in ****** but the orders are being sent there?
All of my 4 orders were being processed in ******.. maybe worth looking in to?
i really hope this is the problem and we can resolve.

Order Number: NO. ******* Pleaded Order: 12/26/22 As stated above, I ordered from REDCON1 12/26/22. On the website and based off of what I read, shipping takes 2-4 business days. It has been 10 days and my order still is processing and hasnt shipped. *** tried to contact, send emails, and no response to what is going with my order. I would like to know when I should be expecting my order or if I should cancel my order and order somewhere else. Order Number #*******. I'm still waiting for an order from 12/22/22 to get shipped. Their website says that it takes about 1 to 3 business days for delivery. I reached out to customer service on 12/29, which was roughly 5 business days after I placed my order. I was told my package would be shipped out 12/29 or 12/30 at the latest, and as of 1/1/23 my package has still not been shipped yet and my order is reflecting as unfulfilled.Business Response

I made yet another order with redcon1 and again its been over a week and no update.., Im not exactly sure whats going on with this company but they have a logistics nightmare going on apparently. There always seems to be an excuse why their processing takes longer than they suggest( they suggest 2-4 days which has NEVER been on time).. wrote them an email and they have given me every excuse in the book from new whare houses to hurricanes(I ordered after the hrricane which didnt even touch where they are located) I really wanted to get behind this product but the actual people running this circus make me feel like its all a scam so now I dont even trust the authenticity of their productsBusiness Response
