    I ordered from Redcon1 on 31st of Jan. *** now the 10th and they still have not shipped it, I was attracted by their free shipping offer for orders over I think it was 50? And free gifts also, However, I was not informed that shipping would take 2 business weeks, I needed my products and I could have got it from a different supplier. I contacted them, explanation for the delay was vague, mentioning high order volume and year end. I believe this practice is not only unethical but also misleads customers. Adjust your advertising to prevent misleading people because this is wrong especially from a company with a reputation like yours. I hope this complaint serves as a warning to potential customers about their online shopping service.

    **** was super quick with the reply and her customer service skills are impeccable. Ive never had an issue with Redcon1. Anytime there was a discrepancy it was fixed immediately.. and everyone that Ive had a conversation with was super efficient with problem solving. You definitely have a long time customer.

    I have a basketball team I volunteer for I want to do more for and this company allowed me with the opportunity to help and took time out of there day to assist me as best as possible. Very kind, considerate, and thoughtful business

    Redcon1 used to be my go to for meal replacements. I used to love the original MRE blueberry cobbler back from *********. I recently bought a jug of it and the flavor is totally different now. It tastes nothing like the original used to. The texture is also thinner out and less grainy. Im super disappointed in their new process and they should really consider going back to the old formula. Will not be buying anymore from now on. Another disappointment is they no longer have **** reach out to you to give you personal discounts. The customer service totally ***** now.

    I had issues with product packaging and a previous order and customer service was great. ******** helped accommodate for my issue and resolved it very well. She was quick to respond and resolve my issue right away.

    I placed an order that took 15 days to deliver, it some how got returned to Redcon1. I did an on line chat with customer service. They said they could get it resent out. They only sent one if the three items. When I looked at the replacement order confirmation it only listed one item. I questioned my CS representative. And got the following in return;#******* None of my order showed up not just the Moab. I never received my med kit or total war and inspirational water bottle.Hey ******,Since we are out of stock of those items in our inventory, it won't show up on the replacement order itself. Luckily we had those items available and I included them in the package.Customer Experience Team Only thing that showed up was the **** product. Blatant liar.

    I would have rated them 1 star a year ago however things have improved drastically from shipping to quality ever since ***** came back.

    I tried canceling my membership multiple times by calling and I sent an email at their request however what wasn't disclosed to me was that I also had to reply to that email. This policy isn't in the best interest of their customers because it allows them to charge you over and over after thinking you have cancelled, I literally had to call 3 times and only then did someone mention replying to the email. Decent gym horrible customer service and a cancellation policy that allows them to take advantage of tons of customers.
