Ordered items from REDCON1 online. Company has not delivered order which was placed on April 07,2023. Shipping 3-5 business days should have been April *****. Emailed asked where is my order, REDCON1 said was sent to wrong warehouse? What warehouse? My address not a warehouse. That was April 14, today is April 20-still no items. I placed an order on May 3rd for two containers of MRE, BOTH in stock. *** label was created on May 7th. Reached out to Redcon on May 9th. They responded that they have a backlog of orders at their warehouse and that they would ask to ship as soon as they can. It is May 12th and still no updates from *** or Redcon.Business Response

I placed an order(1905749) on Redcon1s Website on 14 March, 2023. The order was for a 5lb container of Isotope protein, Tango creatine, and Double Tap Powder. All items were marked as IN STOCK at time of purchase. Upon completing my order, I qualified for promotions that included four additional products for free. The promotional products were Big Noise and apple cider for spending $85+, and Breach and Halo for spending $65+. Completely happy with the order I placed, and the promotional products to try, until my partial order arrived on March 20th. Only one of the products I paid for arrived(Tango creatine) and one of the promo bundles(Breach and Apple cider). It is now 1 month later and I have yet to receive the remainder of the products I PAID FOR. I have emailed the business twice(April 1st, and April 4)to shed light on the situation with no response. All I would like are the products I was promised upon paying legal tender, or in the least, an accurate ESD for my products.Business Response

On March 15, 2023 I placed an order for two five pound containers of Redcon1 Isotope 100% Whey Isolate protein powder. At the time of checkout, I selected the subscribe and save option. After receiving my purchase, I wanted to cancel my subscribe and save option for future deliveries. I attempted to contact Redcon1 by email and was told that I could not cancel my subscribe and save delivery because I did not have an account. On March 30th 2023 at approximately 9:30 a.m. I contacted Redcon1 customer service phone number at **************. During my phone call I explained that I no longer wish to receive automatic subscriptions and would like to cancel my subscribe and save option. I was told that my automatic subscription and delivery cannot be cancelled because the company has not yet placed it in their system. I am now scheduled to receive a delivery in 15 days that I do not authorize. I want this subscription cancelled immediately.Business Response

On Feb 25th, I placed an order with Redcon1. I ordered three, *********************************************** 3 flavors (Vanilla, Salted Caramel and Strawberry Shortcake). My order number was #*******. Plus, they offered first time customers a free hoodie as a bonus, which I added to my cart. I paid $92.58 for the order. I then received multiple order confirmations by email and text from them, including a list of what I ordered, quantities and pictures of the 4 items in my order. Well, I waited and waited to get a shipping confirmation from them. But when I did get it, it said only one of my 4 items was being sent! The vanilla Ready to Drink box of 12. What about the rest of my order?!So I contacted the company via their chat feature. The man I spoke to said "oops, they "forgot" to send you the rest of your order". How do you "forget" to put things in a shipping box when they have the order (with pictures) right in front of them? The **************** rep said he was re-submitting my order with the missing items and marking it as a rush order. But...they were now "out of stock" on one of the flavors I ordered (the strawberry shortcake) , so I had to change my request to chocolate instead. I again, received multiple order confirmations from them after chatting with ****************, with pictures and descriptions of the 3 items that didn't get sent with my original order. Nowhere was anything stating this order was a "rush". Well, today, Wed., March 8th, I received another email and text stating that my order was being prepared for shipment. And guess what? Once again, they are only shipping me one of the 3 items I am still waiting for from my order! This time, they are only sending me a box of the 12, Salted Caramel Ready to Drink MRE's. So now, I am still going to be missing the box of chocolate Ready to Drink MRE's and my complimentary hoodie!This company and it's shipping department are either a scam or complete morons! It's going to take 6 months, just to get all 4 items in my original order. And they have my money this entire time!They should be put out of business. I am having issues with my order. My original order number is ******* on 2/19. Part of the order was shipped. The Items I am missing were in stock when I placed my order. My roommate placed a similar order on 2/18. Both orders arrived on the same day, yet mine was missing two 5lb tubs of protein. They put in a "replacement" order on 3/1, that order number is *******. This order still doesn't say processing. They put in an order for one extra protein for compensation on Sunday 3/5/23. The rep ************ stated that he confirmed with the fulfillment center that my order will definitely be shipped on Monday 3/6. That order number is *******. Which also doesn't say processing. On Monday I reached out again for the 3rd time. After the conversation I received an email with a different order number which is *******. I've been told 2 times that it would ship soon. On Sunday I was told it would ship Monday. Still none of the orders say processing. I'm getting the run around from everyone I've spoken with. I don't even know what order numbers are still applicable. I reached out via phone today and left a message. I also started another chat with customer serviced this morning at 9:59 AM EST, it is now 12:22 PM EST and no one has responded. Ordered feb 14th no notifications for a week, I reached out to customer service and they said it must be lost it in transit. Replacement order was picked and sat at the warehouse waiting to be shipped for three days. Finally it showed in transit, and I got a notification that it delivered, it was not delivered. I called *** and they said it was signed for at GAP in a city away from me. Im not affiliated with Gap, dont work there, dont have any address near there. Contacted redcon today 3/2/23 and they said they would send me a new shipment. The confirmation that was sent did not have everything I originally ordered and theyre still doing standard shipping so I might get my stuff in the next week hopefully but Im not really sure because they stopped contacting me when I asked for my inconvenience that they overnight it to me and I still havent received an answer why my order isnt complete.Business Response

Ive been using RedCon1 for a few years and never had issues with long shipping, ususally takes a week *** to get products. Back in November I made an order and it took 3 weeks to deliver. Now I made an order on Jan 31, its now Feb 24 and my order still says order placed no updates. I sent an email on Feb 12 about it and was told my order was released from the warehouse and would update tracking but 12 days later I still have no update and no idea if Im even going to get my order of $286.78. With recent issues with shipping times and seeing Im far from the only person, Id rather get a refund than have another order shipped out, not knowing if that would even comeBusiness Response
