If you make a 100% payment for your project and decide to cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, we will refund 50% of the total project cost. This policy reflects our dedication to compensating our artists, who start working on your project the moment your request is submitted. Please be aware that if you pay only 50% upfront, refunds will not be provided.
