Refund and Exchange Policy

At Xpress Rendering we are committed to providing you with top-notch creative services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to ensure you're aware of our Refund & Exchange Policy.  

Payment & Refund Requests:

Within 24 Hours of Payment: Clients may request a refund of up to 50% of the deposit paid. This partial refund covers the immediate allocation of our creative team and the initial work performed.

After 24 Hours of Payment: No refunds will be issued, as significant progress will have been made by our artists and production team.

Before making any payment, clients receive and sign an acknowledgment outlining these terms. This ensures clear understanding of our production process and refund policy.

Important Notes:

- Work on your project starts immediately after payment confirmation.
- All payments are made in U.S. dollars.
- Invoices for long-term clients may be issued monthly, but are subject to the same refund policy unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
