    Prescription Assistance What a good idea but run poorly.They take your money but unless you provide paperwork they don't contact you but continue to take money because you signed paperwork years ago. Keep taking 70usd a month for 6 months and provided no Assistance.

    This review is completely unfair and unwarranted. This customer received our services for an extremely long time. We were never informed that this customer wished to cancel, until recently. We continued providing our services, however the customer simply never let us know. Just like any company on the planet, we would need to be informed that the customer would like to cancel- we would have no idea about this without the customer informing us. That being said, the customer's account was cancelled the day that they informed us of their cancelation; obviously we cannot cancel peoples accounts without them letting us know.

    A lifesaver! There was no way I would have been able to afford my medicine. Easy enrollment and prompt delivery. Check this out if youre having difficulty with your medication. ************

    I am very grateful to Prescription Assistance for the tremendous help with my medications. This company has been a lifesaver for me. Initially I was a little apprehensive about securing their services however after three years I can readily attest to the integrity, responsiveness, and professionalism of the staff. I cannot express how fortunate I feel to be a recipient of this program.

    They took my money but never had any meds sent. Had to cancel card to make sure they didnt bill me each month for meds I was not getting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Call the drug company & ask for assistance, it is free!!! We are dealing with ***** now they have been great so far. Had to resend everything to them due this company did not share anything.

    This review is completely false! The customer is not even a member of our program and is lying about what we do and who we are. This person never enrolled in our program, and we help every customer that is enrolled with us.

    This company was a godsend for me! They assisted me with the paperwork, refills, and any questions i had regarding my medications that they assisted with. They do everything possible to help finish the proesses of getting my medications directly. I was unable to afford them before. Not only does this company get them all for me, but the price for their services is unbeatable for me. I would suggest them 100 out of 100 times.

    It's hard to understand why anyone might dislike this business. Submitted my application, filled out and sent all requested info to Prescription Assistance 123,LLC. After the application fee and one months and the first months service fee I was approved and saved $380 after the $59.95 is paid. For me it doesn't get any better. As I get different medications I'll continue to check with 'script assist to see if they will advocate for me to get additional free or reduced cost medicines. So happy I found this business.

    I think I am being misled by this company. I originally been charged 109... and then to pay 59.95 a month. That was my payment. I then tried to renew and was forward to another company that was to coincide with my doctor for my prescription. The company under the same umbrella informed me that my medicine should have been free all along. Therefore leading me to believe in November. I should cancel the check I submitted to them. I am now being ******** by telephone them. I have tried to call them back and they refuse to give me any direct answer as to why I should make a payment. I was very shocked to find my medicine had suppose to be free the whole time. Someone needs to address this manipulative matter and make sure their word is s authentic...Thanks

    i am sorry that this customer is unhappy with our services, however nothing in this complaint is truthful. We called this customer twice in a two week period because we were following up with her (that is our job and what she signed up for). We got this customer approved for their medication assistance and they would not have been approved without us. Our paperwork and our customer service agents spelled out exactly what we do on several occasions. This review is extremely unfair and unwarranted.

    The service they provide for a fee you can get for free. I think they need inform the customer that they can get the service for free and let the customer make the decision. Once I paid them all the paperwork came to me so I had to take them to my doctor and continue to contact my doctor to make sure everything was submitted. The company didnt do anything. They charged me a enrollment fee and then a monthly fee for something that was free. Dont waste your money you can contact the manufacturer of your medication and enroll in their program for free. Dont be misled into thinking you have to pay for your medication once the manufacturer approves your application your medications will be sent to you or ******************* for free. Also when you question the 123 representative she is very rude and condescending when she is talking at you.

    This dispute is incredibly unfair. We are a third party provider and and we make this abundantly clear over the phone as well as on several documents that the customer signs stating that they understand this. After speaking with this customer, they have agreed to take down this unfair complaint. We have documents that show the customer was well aware of exactly what our company does and how we assist our customers. 

    Furthermore, this customer is placing other customers at risk of getting denied because they don't understand the program and don't understand how the manufacturer's work.
