      Worst experience ever! First, I was never told that Safe Ship was a broker for moving services. I was moving from **************** to ******, **. I was originally quoted 29K which I thought was a lot. So, we sold a lot of stuff and then were quoted 35K! With less stuff! We had already paid a 13K deposit, so we were stuck.I told them when I booked that we were going to a 2-story house and when we got here, we were told that there was an additional charge for the second floor. And there were some things that they would not take downstairs regardless of the additional charge. If I didnt pay the up charge upfront for the stairs, then they would not unload my stuff from the truck. Basically, ********** NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      I had such a great experience with safe ship movers. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. They arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully, and made what could have been a stressful day completely smooth. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. Id definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

      This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. To begin with, I was told a certain day for pick up and they asked for a time window that would work. I provided a time window and they told me they would be able to deliver next day (Ok, great!). I received a phone call that they were an hour away when in fact they were already at my house. I immediately went to my house to let them begin packing. They told me that if I had been there earlier that they would be able to do a same day drop off (no one told me they were there earlier) and now they couldn't even do the next day drop off. Long story short, I received my items 1 month later when this move was only 2 hours away. My items went in storage and were not supposed to. I had never received 2 of my boxes, had about 6 damaged items, and had to get a hotel for 14 days.

      Mike and his moving partner arrived on time and were fantastic! Everything was loaded quickly and safely and both guys were very open and honest with myself and my wife. I would highly recommend this company and these two professionals with my next move!
