      Don't ever use a broker for moving. From overpriced additional costs to understaffed delivery teams, Safe Ship doesn't care. Pickup of my items was ok. They packed items fairly well and the guys were fairly pleasant. Delivery was an absolute s*** show. The driver had zero additional help so I had to assist. In paid so that I wouldnt have to move my own boxes and furniture. Didn't seem to matter. They blamed me for not calling them for help.... the driver called twice. I had several items broken and two items missing. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Come to find out that they just call around and find another company at the last minute to do the work. Go directly to a moving company. Save 50% on costs and have some Avenue to recover lost and broken items. Safe Ship is garbage.

      We're sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience. As the customer, you should never have been left to assist with your own delivery. Wed be glad to help guide you through the carriers claims process for your broken and missing items.
      We take accountability seriously. If a carrier failed to meet their obligations, we escalate those issues and in some cases remove them from our network. While we cannot retroactively change your delivery experience, we can and will use your case to enforce higher standards moving forward.
      I know this was not the stress-free move you expected, and for that I sincerely apologize. Please let me know if youd like me to walk you through the claims process or provide direct assistance in holding the carrier accountable.

      Nahuel D. and Lucas I was so impressed with the team helping me move from Florida to California. They were on time quick and efficient and handled my oil paintings and antiques with great care.

They guided us through the process and set the tone for what turned out to be a smooth and stress-free moving experience.The moving team itself was exceptional.       **** and his team took great care of my move. They showed up within the window they promised me, they were friendly and made me feel comfortable. As a woman its important to have movers that make you feel safe. They wrapped all my items with care. They were able to get in and out very quickly. I have a one bedroom and they were able to move my stuff within 90 minutes. **** did a great job of explaining the process and the paperwork. I work book with them again on my next move.

      Bait and switch organization. Ended up having to pay twice what they quoted me. Really sells itself as a *************************** but as a Navy veteran, I would never agin use or recommend them to anyone.
