    I have my moving this week and trying to reach the agent. No response for the mail, phone calls not attended. Worried now.

    omg, Thank you Brightside Moving Group ! as a single mother with 2 daughters, and accepting and job offer across the country I was so stressed out when I found out I had only 30 days to leave my hometown and relocate across the country. I didn't even have time to pack with my busy work schedules and the girl's school schedules. Brightside showed up, packed up our apartment, disassembled our furniture, and moved everything fast without any damage.

    Phenomenal. they moved my 1 bedroom apartment from ********** to ******* and even crated my grandmothers irreplaceable babygrand piano for only 4800. It was going to almost cost me that much doing it my self with a UHAUL lol. customer service was there for me the entire process and even helped me calm down when I was stressed the f out because I had to be out by the 31st. would definitely use them again.

    Wow, my expectations have been shattered in a negative way. I will echo what other people have said on here, do not go with this company! We were quoted one price, and then after 90% of the goods were loaded, they informed us it would be an additional $800! We had no other choice but to accept. A sales rep ****** quoted us 1-3 days for delivery as we were only moving 1 state away. 10 days later we have received 0 updates and this morning I get a knock at the door, surprise! They are here with no warning. What kind of service is that? I hope I never have to move again and if I do, it would be with literally anyone else than these people.

    It seems you had an $800 increase on pick up due to increased inventory and services.     I booked a moving day with BrightSide Moving and they were incredibly accommodating and helped me find any possible discount to make sure we weren't breaking the bank. The very next day our plans changed and they were very helpful. They helped cancel our original arrangements and refunded us our deposit!

    Brightside moved me to ********** from ******* and absolutely everything was perfect except for a damaged lamp shade, they apologized and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience, I would recommend them to anyone doing a cross country move, they were efficient, reliable and their customer service helped a lot

    I have nothing but praise for this company. They did what they said and stayed on target with my budget. ***** was very friendly and professional from start to finish. If ever I move again.... Which I hope I don't.... I would use them again without a doubt. Nice to have honest people left in this world.

    Extremely impressed by this entire team. I’ve had some not so great experiences in the past with movers so I was a little reluctant to hire again but Dan was beyond patient with me and addressed every concern I had. The movers did arrive a couple hours late because of a flat tire but communicated everything to me and even gave me a small discount for my trouble. Will definitely hire again and recommend to anyone needing to move. Thanks again Brightside!!
