    Admit I was a bit skeptical, hired them before thoroughly researching this company but in the long run they came through right on time for me. The only issue I encountered was that after the deposit was paid, the balance was to be paid half at pick up and half at delivery. While the balance did not change I was required to pay a higher price at pick up than was originally quoted. The drop off price was then obviously less. Delivery from PA to TX took 12 days.

    Brightside Moving Group is deceptive at best. They hire deceptive movers and you end up paying twice. I still haven't received any of my items.

    Delivery was the same day as payment. A very nice surprise. Overall experience was very positive. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful.I appreciate it! Also, customer service assisted me in picking out the perfect product for my business.

    Brand new appliance in the box, great communication, and quick shipment I ordered a dozen melamine serving spoons and they arrived fast. Price was reasonable compared to other sellers, Staff was helpful and got a great price on a used eye/ hand wash combo sink.
