    Excellent knowledge , quick processing and shipping very fair and reasonable pricing honestly everything is nice even the workers the person that helped did everything and kept me updated to get my order out asap, also gave us better pricing than anywhere else.

    We could not believe how fast our Ice Machine arrived. During setup we had a couple questions and they were answered immediately to resolve our mistake.I received the casters, much higher quality and heavier than the casters sent by the range manufacturer. I put the Krowne casters on the range and I'm Very Happy ! Thank you Brightside Moving Group !

    Excellent service and well packaged fan to avoid any damages I contacted the customer service department and worked with *****. She immediately sent me a return label for the mis-shipped items and got the right items *** Ex shipped to me. She followed up to let me know they got my returns and made sure I got the correct items.

    The sales guy called me personally to confirm the order was correct and would get out quick. great communication, fast delivery, great prices for quality equipment. Thank you, I had trouble ordering online so I called them. That was the best thing I could have done! Not only did they help me with my issue, I received a great discount as well. I will definitely buy from them again.

    They delivery was next day (over 500 miles away) and everything was on point. Pump installation was a breeze and the system is up and running.Great process from beginning to end. Everyone I spoke with was super communicative and helpful, I will definitely do business with Brightside Moving Group again..!!!
