    Wish i would never have sent them any money or done business with them. This company is ********. They did nothing right from day one. They put the wrong address, and a few other things were wrong. Took them almost 2 weeks to fix, and then after I paid them they come up with a document that I needed and suspended my policy right after I paid. They are charging me for the 2 weeks and I had to purchase homeowners insurance with someone else, which cost me even more money. Do not do business with this company unless you like being screwed out of money

    What a mistake...Purchased a policy through them with Citizens. After 45 days, Citizens cancelled it. Nsure never notified me or made contact. So we called and called and called Nsure. Each time, we discussed and requested why the policy was cancelled with 12 different reps. ** every case, we were never given a straight answer. We were promised call backs by "Service Manager"'s that never happened. Once it was about a tree too close. Another time it was we didn't notify Citizens we had solar panels and it required a $42 additional payment up front for the year policy. We called Citizens and they stated that Nsure had NEVER contacted them regarding a reinstatement (since we cut a tree down and had no issue with the complete house solar system). There was no record of anyone at the agency of actually trying to solve the issue. After contacting Citizens again, we finally received a reinstatement notice, again, no one from Nsure notified us. So fast forward to a few days later...Nsure contacts us and states we are past due on a policy. Nsure wrote another policy and was now billing us. The person who called was ticked. He had no record of anything on our account about the reinstatement and resolution. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Never again. The absolute worst. Four weeks, 12 different people, hours and hours and in the end I had to do all of the work to solve the issue. Did I say...NEVER AGAIN? The worst business...

    I requested a quote. I received the quote and was very interested in moving forward. They wrote back and stated that I needed flood insurance. I found out that flood insurance wasn't necessary for where my home is located. Needless to say, they did not get back to me until AFTER I closed on my new home. They've been calling me everyday non-stop. It's absolutely ridiculous!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!

    They are terrible. Love to sell insurance and then after that as your agents, it is nothing but grief and frustration trying to get service from them. They go out of their way to offer horrible customer service and make simple ********************** issues into long drawn out matters that cost the insurer more.We have never had to file a claim but God help anyone who has to work with them in the nightmare I would judge.

    ************ was very fast quoting me , but after I switched to another agency , the cancellation process has been to this point ineffective. My mortgage lender was charged twice for two insurance policies so far I've been unable to cancel the renewal with them , considering legal advice at this point , ************ is basically incompetent in the way do business , I do not recommend anybody to ever consider Insurance quotes through this Agency.

    The worst insurance company I have ever encountered. It is very difficult to contact them. Getting someone on the phone is not easy, sometimes it is not possible at all. On top of that, their customer service representatives lie all the time. If you want to cancel your policy with them, you will have to take a couple of days off work and be very patient. You can't cancel or change anything online. And they dare call themselves "America's first digital insurance agency". Ha ha!

    1st years was ok got a decent quote, the next year they raised my rates ****** without a single claim. this year was a 50% markup from ******* to ******* for the same policy and still have not had 1 claim. Insurance companies should at the most be able to do only a 10% markup annually. State legislatures need to put a stop to this robbery on thier citizens

    Horrible customer service !! I’ve been trying to get insurance from them over a month. I got my quote over a month ago and they assured me that had all the necessary information needed. Just wait 24-48 hours for binding. Here 6 weeks later and countless hours talking to a new person with different information every time I call, I have yet to get insurance. When you call you go straight to customer service …. Wait an hour for an answer there … then they will transfer you to a licensed agent that can “help”. Wait another hour. I haven’t had one call that has been under 2 hours before getting to a person I can talk to. Total waste of time and efforts. No one is held accountable to what they tell you as you speak to someone new each call. I am now uninsured!! Thanks Nsure for nothing !!

    One thing I can tell you guys if you own or are looking to purchase a home- DO NOT GO THROUGH NSURE.COM TO GET A QUOTE FOR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE! I am absolutely L-I-V-D right now!! I spoke with someone Friday about a couple of different quotes trying to find something cheaper since our current policy has gone up by $600, & its time to renew it. I told the guy that I cant make any decisions until I speak with my mortgage company or current insurance company, told him they wouldnt be open Monday (today) due to the holiday, that I would have to discuss it further on Tuesday ************** will go from there. I found a better option that will save us money AND give us more coverage yesterday through a different company that I planned to go with. Today I received an email saying we are now bound to our new insurance ************* are billing the lender?!?!? All of their calls are recorded according to the introduction when you call them, so they can play the phone call back & see I NEVER agreed to this policy. The agent even said he was going to make note that I needed time to think on ******* will reach back out in a few days to discuss our options. This company is ridiculous. They only have good reviews on their website but if you ****** them, theres nothing but bad reviews!
