    What a poor joke for a insurance broker. Extremely bad business acumen. The left hand and right hand clearly don't communicate! Customer service team provides worst level of service, pampas, rude & incompetent, however they will tell you they "are in command". When asked to speak to leadership, you get the canned response "we take 24 to 48 hours" to review your request and call back. Candidly they border on fraud, with countless emails & text messages under the pretense of collecting funds, using language "stating you have missed a payment to keep policy enforced" when they clearly acknowledged existing policy is paid in full and you have 6 weeks to except proposed policy for the next 12 months. When asking the question? Why would i pay you 6 weeks advance for a new policy when the current policy is place and paid in full? Oh the long knives come out. Again run fast from these clowns. Don't waste your good energy on these people. Vote with your check book by using others and take the time to file complaint with Florida Insurance Commission.

    After requesting homeowner's insurance quotes from multiple companies, I found out that Nsure had activated a policy on my behalf, and without consent, via my mortgage company, which was paid via an escrow account. I am currently awaiting a refund, however feel like this practice borders on fraud and should be reviewed as such.

    Stay away from this company. They may not even provide insurance, but they'll take your money prior to being approved and then you can never provide enough documentation to actually get approved. When they say you are 98% there, that means they need additional special documentation that no one would require. After spending a week trying to get approved, I finally gave up and canceled, but of coarse they aren't sending any money back. They just blame it on a subcontractor insurance company. The CEO actually contacts you and asks for you to tell others about them for a $20 Amazon gift card. I'm sure that's a scam too.

    This insurance company sent me emails every single day asking to change my policy dates when my lender already obtained it from the main insurance carrier. They kept on harassing me even though I told them to stop emailing me. They would acknowledge the email yet would still keep on sending it. My premium was already collected at close of escrow yet they kept on asking for a copy of my grant ***** They said to insure I bought the house. Why would I pay for a policy without owning a house? I havent lost my mind yet! Terrible company to work with. I will be cancelling my policy the minute I get a chance. When I called my main insurance carrier they even told me they shouldnt be doing that. Someone needs to talk to this insurance company to stop harassing customers when they already gotten paid! I never heard any insurance company asking proof of purchase of a house before. They are only an agent and they are annoying as h***

    Yesterday, I received a letter informing me that my home insurance has been canceled. After several phone calls between my home insurance provider and my mortgage company (Mr. ******* regarding the payment status, I learned that the cancellation was due to a payment failure. However, neither I nor my mortgage company received any notice about the payment failure or the subsequent cancellation of my policy.Upon conducting further research, I discovered that Florida State Law Chapter 627 Section 4133 requires insurance companies to provide at least a 10-day notice before canceling a policy for non-payment, which I did not receive. I have been told that my only option now, due to being 90 days past due, is to secure coverage from another company at a rate that is double the original amountdespite this error originating with the insurance company.

    I received a quote through NSure insurance agent and was submitted all of the requested documentation including wind mitigation report. I received an invoice and paid it in full expecting that to be the end of it. A few weeks later I received an additional bill for over $400 due to NSure making a mistake by not reviewing my documentation when I submitted it. I called them numerous times and got different stories each time. Now they expect the consumer to pay for their mistake. I could have stayed with my original insurance company and it would have been cheaper. Stay away from NSure. I will be taking this to the news!

    Ive wasted more hours on phone and email with home and auto. For my homeowners policy I did save a couple hundred a year provided all inspections and paid the premium in full But Nsure emailed me bout the 10th time with a notice weeks later saying You are not insured, Urgent cancellation imminent. Although I have my policy in hand, sent by the insurer. No explanation! Am I insured?? *****. Auto Policy after two weeks of back n forth info, it appeared that Id save 1k a year on my three car coverage last minute update 1k More than Im paying due to their Bait and Switch. Among the most unprofessional organizations available for wasting your time. Please dont call them use a real agent, not these clowns with phones that sound like theyre in ******

    Really bad dysfunctional organization. Tried using this group and the results were horrible. Then tried calling since their automated software functions didnt work properly and was out on hold and then disconnected. Total waste of time.

    Nsure has, in my opinion, "THE MOST INCOMPETENT" customer service reps that I have ever delt with in my entire 68 years on this earth! *** doesn't know what ***** or ****** is doing at any given point of time. They can't seem to keep their quotes straight or even remember who they are talking with. When I finally get them to find the right quote on their system, they can't seem to be able to finalize the policy! Spent a week and a half and several phone calls with them and they still can't get it right or finalize a policy for me. Home insurance through them is useless if you can't secure a policy. Went to a physical agent and walked out with a different "good" policy in about half an hour! How hard can it be??? Until they train their puppets right, it is best to find someone else for insurance!

    Terrible customer service. Each agent spoke with acted like they did not want to be at work. I have three policies I canceled with them because customer service does not want to help me and did not care overall. Worst company Ive ever worked with, and I will never call them again. Ive never had to wait on the phone so long or for a policy update with any other company Ive dealt with in the past Id rather pay more money than work with Nsure.com
