      Looks pretty scary a lot of one stars lots of unhappy customers I can never understand a company that has this kind of review. How do they stay in business?

      Almost left Kin for these guys until the en*orsements page with 42 exclusionary en*orsements a*vising me what will NOT be covere* was missing from the 5 Docusign emails sent to me. I *i*n't sign anything, calle* to cancel within one hour an* foun* they *i* not nee* my signature, ha* alrea*y contacte* my mortgage company then went to their website to fin* the new insurance ha* alrea*y replace* the ol* policy an* I ha* to swamp all parties to say not changing. I then receive* this text message. How many of these reviews are pai* for their favorable en*orsement? I only just met them. That is an enormous amount of trust to think I won't say anything about something that seems coercive? You'll pay me $20 to bolster your ****** rating artificially??? I won*er if the polar opposite is crickets if I ha* to file a claim???? Last hurricane Kin staff phone* (an actual human, not robocall) to say "are you okay? Do you nee* anything for your family?? Without asking if we nee*e* to file a claim or any *iscussion of how much we might cost them. That was reserve* for the calm time after any emergency. (Our house ha* no *amage).       Horrible!!! Do not use them!!!! STAY AWAY! I applied for *** in September. My mortgage company even sent money to the *** company that I went with. I received a letter in the mail from my mortgage company stating that they havent received my insurance information. Reached out to NSure multiple times NOTHING. I still havent received any call back. Now I have 500$ increase because I wasnt insured for more then 45 days. This is a horrible business.

      Due to the ever increasing hurricane *** claims we had to get a new policy elsewhere. We had a very competitive quote from nsure.com as agent and Slide as our policy holder. On November 5th we approved our polcy to begin on 11/19/23. Nsure sent the policy to out mortgage company and they paid the policy for the year. Now Slide contacted us on 12/14/23 and they want an additional amount because they say nsure didn't give them all the information they needed. They are threatening to cancel my policy unless I pay the additional ammount.

      Hello,  

      We have called the insurance carrier in regards to the policy change. Per Slide, the underwriter changed number of bathrooms from 2 to 3 and also added the square footage for the patio on the replacement cost estimator. This resulted in an increase in premium in the amount of $246.00. Due to agency oversight these changes were not corrected at the time of binding the policy.

      Terrible mistake ridden *********. Run away from dealing with them. Offered me a competitive rate, but could not complete required paperwork work for my home closing. Messed up on address, name spelling and birthdays. Never talk to the same person twice. Made numerous call to get policy verified and they failed time and time again. I had to scurry to find insurance last minute because of their incompetence. Don’t know how they can stay in business. Absolute failures.

      BEWARE I applied for a lower homeowners rate because my carrier when ** 26%Was quoted Citizens for $1436 All I needed to do was get a 4 pt inspection which I paid for and it passed Then Nsure tells me Citizens wont cover me and their new quote was $300 more than my renewal price All I want is to be refunded my cost I paid for 4 pt inspection *********************

      Nsure is a horrible company. Their customer service is non-existent. I have a simple question about my homeowners insurance policy. I called, was put on hold forever, and selected the option to schedule a call-back. Hours later, someone called me...then put me on hold. This is absurd. I have emailed, used the chat feature, sent messages through my account, and I get no response whatsoever. I scheduled another call back today because all I need is a form, was told she would send it right now, and then she put me on hold again and I haven't received the form I requested. I am in the process of finding another insurance company because this one is worthless.

      Wish i would never have sent them any money or done business with them. This company is ********. They did nothing right from day one. They put the wrong address, and a few other things were wrong. Took them almost 2 weeks to fix, and then after I paid them they come up with a document that I needed and suspended my policy right after I paid. They are charging me for the 2 weeks and I had to purchase homeowners insurance with someone else, which cost me even more money. Do not do business with this company unless you like being screwed out of money

      What a mistake...Purchased a policy through them with Citizens. After 45 days, Citizens cancelled it. Nsure never notified me or made contact. So we called and called and called Nsure. Each time, we discussed and requested why the policy was cancelled with 12 different reps. ** every case, we were never given a straight answer. We were promised call backs by "Service Manager"'s that never happened. Once it was about a tree too close. Another time it was we didn't notify Citizens we had solar panels and it required a $42 additional payment up front for the year policy. We called Citizens and they stated that Nsure had NEVER contacted them regarding a reinstatement (since we cut a tree down and had no issue with the complete house solar system). There was no record of anyone at the agency of actually trying to solve the issue. After contacting Citizens again, we finally received a reinstatement notice, again, no one from Nsure notified us. So fast forward to a few days later...Nsure contacts us and states we are past due on a policy. Nsure wrote another policy and was now billing us. The person who called was ticked. He had no record of anything on our account about the reinstatement and resolution. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Never again. The absolute worst. Four weeks, 12 different people, hours and hours and in the end I had to do all of the work to solve the issue. Did I say...NEVER AGAIN? The worst business...
