    Best customer service! ****** was very knowledgeable and professional. Came in, heard our concerns and went to fix them all in one visit. Wish we had that guy doing all of our electrical during the build out of the house.

    ***** went up and beyond what a service technician should have done for a house me owner. I moved into a newly built home and always had issues with hot water in the bathrooms. He discovered that the control handles were not set properly. In addition, he worked with the **** and filed a defected report for the hot water heater. My interactions with ********** and the original technician were not as positive. Both told me that I was totally responsible for the replacement and labor of the hot water heater. Although I was responsible for a portion of the expense, I did not have to pay the original quote of $1600.00. ***** is clearly a class act. He was professional and friendly and balanced his professional responsibilities with the needs of the home owner. He is a technician that you can truly trust.

    *********************** provided excellent customer service. He provided and explained what he diagnosed was the problem. Showed me the problem and fixed the problem. I was able to get a same day appt. I was very satisfied and I am a customer for life!

    Absolutely unheard-of ************* in today's world. ***** is a new employee, but you can tell he comes from a background that ************* comes so naturally. He kept me informed every step of the way as he assessed the problem that we were having. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to share his findings and what's next in our repair journey. He will be a very nice fit for this company and all of us customers our here will enjoy his personal, professional attitude and quality of work.Great job *****!
