5 starsMy tech was outstanding ! Quon (spelling) explained the issue, fixed it and then cleaned up after install which does not happen now a days. This is the second call he has conducted on my house as it’s a new build. Quon, is the type of worker that companies love to have as his work ethic, friendly demeanor and skill sets is beyond reproach. 5 stars******** came to my house and adequately addressed my issues in two bedrooms and my loft. He fixed the vents and went up into the attic to correct the snag in the ductwork. The result was much better airflow and he was professional and nice as well.
