On May 1st 2025 I bought 2 tickets to Styx/Cronin/Fielder concert on 6/14/2025 Hayden Homes Amp Bend Oregon. On June 12th I received a message that 2 tickets were delivered to Ticketmaster for me. Ticketmaster sent a message saying only 1 ticket had been sent. Being unable to connect with customer service at Go Tickets we went to the concert hoping Ticket Master would have the second ticket. Ticket Master told us that Go Tickets only sent 1 ticket and that I would not be aloud in the venue with my wife. There were other messages from Go tickets but there were no other tickets. The Rep at Ticketmaster searched my phone and their system and there was no mistake there was only 1 ticket sent no mistake. I am sure that Go Tickets sold me tickets they did not process yet than when they were able to get them they could only get 1, Rather than own up they are trying to stiff me the money!! They sold me tickets they did not have

mobile tickets were delivered via a unique, valid transfer for our customer to
accept the tickets from the seller (owner) – see attached. The first transfer was sent at 11:53; the second at 11:57.
Every ticket listed on GoTickets is authentic and verified. GoTickets
is a place to connect event goers with access to events that make memories and
create unforgettable moments.
Our customer received the tickets they selected and
purchased. GoTickets acted in accordance with our 100% Buyer Guarantee and
takes its compliance obligations with respect to state rules and regulations
very seriously and always complies with applicable laws. We consider this
matter resolved, however if our customer has any additional concerns regarding

I am a Warehouse Manager not a secretary I dont know how to convert file types. Why does the BBB frustrate people like this? I will try to call you during week to follow up I have proof I bought 2 tickets from Go Tickets to Styx Concert on 6/14/2025. Go Tickets transferred one ticket to Ticketmaster for me and my wife twice (the same ticket 1051934) of which I have email evidence from Go Tickets and Ticketmaster. I was denied access to the concert at the gate because of this fact by Ticketmaster. Go Tickets received my money for the Tickets which I did not get, they are responsible for the price of the ticket they did not send. I will hunt the Go Tickets crooks and their children down until hell freezes over!!! I will never...ever stop coming after them. Ticketmaster confirmed they only got 1 ticket!!!!! one ticket

We purchased two baseball tickets from GoTickets for advertised amount of $74.00 per tickets. GoTickets charged our credit card $256.00. Our electronic tickets show a price of $74.00 on them. On 6/21/2025 we contacted GoTickets to get this corrected and they told us they charged us $232.00 for the tickets and $24.00 for a service fee. GoTickets online clearly isn't following the Effective May 12,2025 the FTC's Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees, 16 C.F.R. Part 464 prohibits bait and switch pricing and other tactics used to obscure and misrepresent total prices and fees for live-event tickets and short-term lodging. are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. To order tickets, a Buyer first
browse GoTickets’ listings for tickets. When the Buyer finds desirable tickets,
the Buyer places an order to purchase the ticket(s). When an order is placed, Sellers
receive notification of an order and confirm delivery. Per the GoTickets Terms
of Use, agreed to during check out, all orders are final and, once
placed, cannot be cancelled or retracted.
On 6/21/2025, our customer purchased 2 tickets for Detroit
Tigers at Tampa Bay Rays at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, FL on
6/21/2025 at 12:10 PM. Their order was confirmed and filled with the
correct and accurate tickets shortly after, aligning with our Buyer Guarantee.
Our
customer appears concerned about the price they paid for their ticket
selection. The Market Value is determined by independent resellers who take
into account various factors such as demand, seat location, and availability.
This means that the ticket price can be either higher or lower than the Face
Value, and it can also fluctuate.
At
GoTickets, we strive to provide a transparent and competitive marketplace where
customers can choose tickets that align with preferences and budget. To provide
our users with a comprehensive view of the total cost and their purchase, we
display an itemization of charges as well as the total price, section, row, and
any attributes for the ticket location prior to order submission. This means
that our customer was shown the location they selected to purchase, with the
price of $128.00 ea, before they made the decision to buy their ticket, and prior
to selecting their tickets, as we show all-in pricing.
In the interest of customer service, prior to receiving
this complaint, our support team offered a partial refund and a promotional code
to use for a future purchase, however our customer declined. Should our

Yes, details are VERY IMPORTANT! I have worked tirelessly on this matter for 5 months. In September 2024, I searched for a ticket outlet to purchase for CeCe Winans' praise concert held in Savannah, GA, on December 12, 2024, at 7 pm. I received the ticket confirmation and barcode, witnessed with my eyes! On the day of the concert, at 4 pm, the ticket was not available in my email. I called the 800 number 10 times, spoke to different people who blamed me for their computer glitches. I was so upset with the statements given; I went in an anxious mood. You cannot imagine how awful I was feeling! Please refund my $160. It was upsetting that customer service was unable to resolve the problem. On 24MAY2025 I purchased two tickets for an A's baseball game for a total of $122 from Gotickets.com. The company sent me the tickets via email.
On 07JUN2025 I attempted to use the tickets however I was told that the tickets were sold to someone else already and they were in the ballpark.
On 07JUN2025 I contacted the support line on their website and requested new tickets and I received the same exact tickets again which were unusable. I sent them an email the same day complaining and they replied with the following statement: "Moreover, we proudly stand by our 100% Buyer Guarantee, which firmly states that you will receive your tickets in time for the event, they will be valid for entry, and the seats you obtain will be either as specified in your order or even better." My tickets were not valid for entry nor was I given an alternative seat/ticket.

Buyer, and all sales are final. Ticket prices on the Services are set by
the owners of ticket(s) ("Seller"). As a result, the ticket prices
listed may be substantially higher (or in some cases lower) than the original
face value printed on the ticket. All sales are final even though ticket prices
for live events continue to fluctuate on the open market. It is possible that
prices of similar seats will change over time; if the prices of similar tickets
increase prior to the event, you will not be charged more. Conversely, if the
price of similar tickets decreases prior to the event, no credits, refunds or
upgrades will be given. GoTickets will never charge more than what you have

I was not allowed to enter the ballpark because the tickets that I presented to security at the right field gate were already scanned by someone else and those ticket holders were already in the ballpark. I was then sent to the ticketing window at the ballpark main gate and the attendant looked into the matter further and also confirmed that my tickets were already in use at the ballpark. So your claim that I had valid tickets is factually incorrect and I should be given a refund because you did not provide me with valid tickets.

On June 18, 2025, I attempted to purchase tickets for the Cowtown Rodeo performance on 6/21. Although I typed Cowtown Rodeo in the search box, Gotickets.com (Go Marketplace) came up first. I clicked on that link and purchased tickets, although I wondered why they were $234.00, over 100% more than usual (I usually buy from the Rodeo itself, and thought I was on their site.
Although I allowed my credit card to be charged, I quickly realized that I had been duped into buying from 3rd party scalper, when I looked at the email confirmation. I quickly got on their "customer service" site (which turned out to be a chatbot), and requested a refund. After offering my a 10% discount on my next purchase (which I refused), the chatbot said it would send my complaint to the "escalation team." The next day (6/19) I texted again, and got a human (Alex), who told me that my only recourse was to resell the tickets on another site they own, Lysted.com. I explained that I had already disputed the charge with Citibank, and would also be filing a complaint with the Delaware Attorney General, but if they didn't charge my card and cancelled the transaction, I would not. Alex offered me the 10% discount, which I again declined, then said that because they were a 3rd-party site they could not refund my purchase. The next day (6/20), my card was charged, and I was informed by (Garry) that my only recourse was to resell the tickets on Lysted.com. On Tuesday, June 4, 2025 I went onto the Bijou Theatre website and purchased tickets for Zoso on September 26. I paid $133 all in with all fees for 2 tickets. A friend of mine purchased two tickets on Ticketmaster, in the same row and paid $62 all in with all fees. GoTickets, when I contacted them, stated that they are a secondary market for tickets and that's why the cost is more. I told them I had no idea they were a secondary market and I clicked on the tickets on the Bijou website and was redirected. I still feel that GoTickets wasn't transparent in that the are a secondary market for reselling tickets and not the primary selling agent for The Bijou Theatre. Their listing on Google indicates, to the average consumer, that they in fact are an agent for The Bijou Theatre and that is deceptive.

I purchased 2 tickets to the Bachman Turner Overdrive concert in Appleton Wi on JULY 24, 2025 from GoTickets. After doing so I realized they grossly overcharged me for the tickets. I paid $267.97 for 2 tickets and they are being sold by the local venue for $50 each which would be $100. I contacted GoTickets thru their website to try and resolve the issue of grossly overcharging for the tickets. They would only offer a $20 refund which is not even close to a far resolution. They are ripping customer off that trusted their site. When I had googled to buy tickets for the concert they came up as the first option and I thought they were associated with the local venue. I attempted to purchase tickets for a performance at Wolf Trap by visiting what I believed to be the official Wolf Trap website (www.wolftrap.org). Unknowingly, I was redirected to a third-party ticketing site—GoTickets.com—which presented itself in a way that made it appear affiliated with or part of the official Wolf Trap organization.
I made two separate purchases, one for $233 and another for $208, totaling $441. After the transactions, I did not receive any confirmation email from Wolf Trap. Instead, I began receiving unusual messages from GoTickets, coming from people based in the Philippines, which made me concerned.
I attempted to reach GoTickets through multiple methods:

Website chat: No response
Email: Only automated, unhelpful replies
I contacted PayPal immediately to report the issue and request a refund, but have not received a response. This was a deceptive transaction and I am seeking a full refund of my 2 tickets totalling Order #1225893

When I attempted to access wolftrap.com, a pop-up from "gotickets" immediately appeared, misleading me into believing your service was directly affiliated with Wolf Trap. This deceptive practice constitutes a fraudulent sale.Under Maryland law, I have a clear right to a refund for tickets sold through fraudulent means. Specifically, your actions may violate provisions of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act, Commercial Law Article, Title 13, Annotated Code of Maryland.
