    on 11/20/21 Zeely was paid 56.00 to run promotions of a website/ad that was created by their platform. It showed that several customers attempted to order, but they could not due to problems with the website/ad. I wrote customer service several times asking how these problems could be fixed wether on my end or theirs. I wrote them everyday and no response. This was extremely embarrassing to my company to have buyers that could not buy. It's damaging to my reputation and I lost customers instead of gaining.
    1. There was no cart for customers to add items to
    2. Customers were not able to check out and make payment.
    3. Customer were asked to leave name and email and someone would get back with them.
    before they could purchase (crazy! who does that to a customer)
    I am sure there was a quick fix to the problem, however this company refused to respond to me. yet charged my account daily to run these ads. I would like the error to be fixed and my money credited for the job to be done correctly. They can't continue to get away with stealing money and need to be held accountable.

    I signed up for a 7 day free trial for services offered from this business. Upon signing up, I was instructed that at the end of the trial period, I would receive an email , at which point I could continue with an annual subscription for a fee of around $119, or cancel. I never received an email, and have since been charged TWICE for the annual fee. It has only been about 3 weeks since I first signed up for the free trial. I have messaged this company directly from their web page both times that I was charged. Each time instructing them to cancel my trial, and to refund my money. I have NEVER received a reply, and am now considering legal action.

    On September 26, I signed up for a 1 week free trial with Zeely Help App. After 3 days, I knew that the platform was not for me, so I cancelled the trial. After 1 week, I was charged $119 for a 1 year subscription. I was not given the option to accept or reject it. I requested a refund but was told that it was against their policy to issue a refund. I think that this is bad business practice. I do not consider this as a free trial if they are going to charge yo regardless of whether you like or want the product or not.

    I down loaded the Zeely app for a free trial. I attempted to cancel on their app before my trial ended. I did not get a response. I attempted again to contact them the only way that they provide and still no response. Today there is another pending charge on my account that I did not authorize. Zeely has not responded or canceled the subscription. I'm asking to please get my money back. I have not used the app and I do not intend to. I fulfilled my part to cancel before the trial was over but Zeely has not fulfilled their end.

    On 9/25/23 I downloaded an app that stated 7 day Free Trial, in bolded letters $9.99 a month. I decided to download the app, with the thought that even if I forget to cancel... the $9.99 would not break my bank.

    By the morning of Monday, October 10/2/23 my account was charged $119 for an annual fee that I did not authorize to charge. I did not have the amount in my account and with that said, I went into overdraft fees.

    Now the company sends me a picture circling the $119 which is so lightly faded, who could even see that.

    I was caught off guard and now it states there is no refund at all. This kind of advertisement can catch anyone with this issue.
