    Was never able to use the app. It would freeze every time I tried to log in. Emailed customer service 3 times requesting cancellation and non-renewal. No response and then repeated attempts to charge my card once the 3 month period I paid for expired. I had to block them with my bank.

    Auto renewal without notification. Customer service was no help when I explained I was not able to use the application due to mobility issue.
