  Scam site. Yet it’s always at the top of Google’s returns. You’ll be pressured to buy tickets at 5x current market value because “tickets are going fast!!” and “xx people have bought their tickets in the last yy minutes!!” and a countdown timer. Why is this even legal? Why does Google promote it above reputable sellers? Someone needs to class-action these scumbags out of business.

  Do NOT buy tickets here!!!! I repeat DO NOT buy tickets. I bought tickets here, found out I overpaid, and had to keep asking them through the whole week why my tickets hadn't come through. I was so naive that I continued to live chat with them an hour before the show asking for help. Little did I know, they didn't care. They were just pretending to care. Then, ten minutes before the show, I finally realized I had been scammed. Then I went to the box office and bought whatever leftover tickets they had. My husband and I didn't even have seats next to each other. It was supposed to be a special evening and our first time back in the theater after the pandemic. When I told them I was supposed to get Loge section and that I paid $550 for two tickets, the box office at the theater said that price would have gotten me the first row of orchestra. I felt sooooooo dumb. I will never do this again. I didn't even think to look up reviews about this company. It just looks legit. UGH. Make sure you file a dispute with your bank if this happens to you. Hope you all get your money back. This company is so evil. When I asked why I am not getting a refund, they said it's because they have proof that the seller sent me the tickets. But when I asked if they can forward me that email or maybe black out the seller's name and show me a picture of it, they said they just couldn't do that. No real reason. So weird. If I could see that in fact the email was sent, then I would know it was just something very weird about my email account. Then I called the theater and asked if anyone tried to transfer tickets for my seats that I supposedly bought and they said no. So, when I called Tickets Center back and told them that the theater had no proof of anyone sending any tickets for those particular seats, the customer service person just said they've already answered my questions and then he hung up on me!!!! So rude.

  Do not recommend this site if you are looking for a fair price on tickets...price was 3x the normal price before any fees. They used pressure sales tactics to make it seem tickets were limited and going fast. This was the first link from Google search when looking for tickets and I incorrectly assumed this was a different site that I used previously for buying tickets. When I realized this was not the site I expected, I checked my usual site and found many tickets available at a much lower price.

  ABSOLUTE SCAM. Bought tickets from Hard Rock Live website & Ticketmaster, which apparently redirected the sale for the specific concert I was buying for through Tickets-center. Concert date changed at the last minute, and I can't attend. AND I can't get a refund. AND the price of the tickets are now 1/3 what I paid, so recouping through resell is not going to happen.

  I would give negative stars if possible. Worst mistake ever purchasing tickets through tickets-center. I never received guaranteed delivery of tickets by 9/30/2022 for 10/1 event. Event was just rescheduled on a date next month in which I will be out of town. Tickets for the event are not being reissued and will be honored for rescheduled date. I simply want my tickets so I can re-sell them. I am being told too bad, I won’t get the tickets transferred now until the day before the rescheduled event, making it impossible to re-sell. There is no reason or explanation for inability to transfer tickets within agreed upon date. Do not waste your money.

  This is a total scam! They should be shut down. I paid 576 for two tickets and the didn’t show up until an hour and a half AFTER the show started. Refuse to refund my money even though in recorded lines the agent stated if the tickets were not there by 8 pm that I would get a complete refund. When I called back to get my refund they said then I could only get it for a complete cancellation of the show. Total rip off not to mention my travel time and expense for no reason.

  Don’t buy from this firm for they lie. Their algorithm creates a inexistent scarcity to entice you into buying a much more expensive ticket.
  
  This is how it works: you choose a ticket, the system says that it will hold it for 10 minutes, but when you click buy 5 minutes later, it says that ticket is no longer available. Then you search again, a much more expensive ticket is available which they say they will hold for 10 min. Guess what happens when you click buy? Repeat that process and you pay 3x the face pricr of the ticket.
  
  That is not the worst part, the worst part is that then you go to the MLB.com page and there r plenty of seats available at face value. As a result, the scarcity they say exist is artificially created by the algorithm.
  
  In other words, ticket-center.com makes money by lying.

  They are an elaborate online scam; double check who you are buying from. I legit thought I was buying from the events website and did not realize how it switched to the tickets-center.com. The email does not show confirmed seat allocation and they won't refund the 3x priced tickets with huge 'service fees'. Shame on them for swindling people.

  DO NOT buy tickets from tickets-center.com. This is a ticket scalper site. They charge 3x face value plus several fees. NO REFUNDS and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You cannot cancel an order made by mistake.

  Sold SF Broadway tickets 3x higher. Paid for the tickets without suspicions until the tickets arrived in the email, showing face value 3x lower. Called to cancel but was not given a refund.Credit card company couldn't dispute the case. Tickets-center suggested to sell the ticket on social media or to friends and families. Tried to sell the tickets through Ticketmaster but indicated ticket bar code was invalid.
