    Everything was easy and fast.. I already have my tickets.. In less than 30 min!!

    I am writing this review 25 minutes before showtime and they have not delivered the tickets yet. They take your money quickly (2 weeks before the event) then tell you to wait until the party with the tickets transfers them. And you wait. An email 3 hours before the events tells you to look for a text. No text arrives. You quickly get a chat line representative, they say nice things, but now you need to wait for an email while they seek to get the ticket holder to "re-transfer" the tickets. And you wait. Closer scrutiny of their website and messaging suggest they are not reliable re-sellers, but that is not obvious initially. At this point I expect messages after the event has started / ended to cloud any ability to seek a refund.

    Watch out for this website at all costs! They will try to trick you into buying your tickets from this website, but do not trust them. They sold me fake tickets and charge me five times more than what the tickets were worth. I talked to Support on multiple channels and they will not refund or cancel the purchase. The tickets were completely fake and no one should work with this company

    Getting my tickets that were ordered 6 months ago and I have made three phone calls and still no tickets for my play that is less than 24 hours away. I was totally ripped off and will never use this Center to buy tickets again. Horrible experience. Don't use them!

    Technically speaking, what they do is legal, but not ethical. They pay to be the first or second search result when you're looking for event tickets, aren't clear that they just upcharge tickets you can get straight from Ticketmaster by $100s of dollars, then refuse any sort of refund when you realize you've been duped. The entire business model is based on hoping you don't shop the prices around. If you're here, you've probably already been screwed and I'm sorry. Unfortunately there's no way to get your money back because they do state what they do, it's just in the fine print. If you try to dispute it, it really falls under the category of buyer's remorse so it's hard to make anything happen.

    It is terrible... I will never buy tickets here again.
    They wait until the last day to send them to your email and then just maybe you will get the tickets...

    I paid an extra $13 for two $8 dollar tickets. It looked like the real deal, but???

    Totally tricked me! If I had known this was a scam I wouldn't have done it! :(. Tickets were more than 4 times the price of a regular ticket!
