This is a horrible company. The ads they use are untruthful. Please spread the word.

Total scam. Should have checked other sources for ticket prices. Ended up paying triple the retail price.

Horrible site. I bought tickets there that are 'authorized and verified" but a cannot sell those tickets. Even this site wont let me sell them as they are not from an authorized seller. And you cannot get money back or cancel the transaction based upon their terms of service. What scammers.

Totally misleading. I thought I was buying baseball tickets directly from the team but was lead to this 3rd p[arty site by a misleading ad on search results page. I overpaid by 30-40% and was denied a refund. Complete SCAM - run don't walk from TicketCenter.com.

Long story that should have been short. Bait and switch at the web site. Make sure you pay attention to all details: date, price, event on the final page before the pay button. Poor costumer service, no manager, provided my credit card with a final sale agreement when I asked my credit card to take charge back since I never accepted the tickets because they were for a different event than the one I wanted. Ticket-center took the tickets back, Amex charged my credit card due to the final sale agreement. Sent an email stating the dispute is closed. Ticket center sold my tickets and instead of refunding me or the credit card the money they sent a credit notice of $400 dollars instead of the original $1100. Scam site, stay away.

They deserve no stars. Very shady company. Thought I was buying tickets on XFinity site. They were very expensive and fees were about $300 per ticket. Predatory and abusive treatment to a consumer. Tried to cancel 3 hours after purchase when realized they don’t even have the tickets yet, No luck. Filed dispute with credit card bank and I lost. Never received tickets and was told they resold them as I had filed a dispute. They are crediting me $300 of the $1700 as they claim that is what they resold them for. Total fraud. When I called them I was told I should be happy that I am at least getting $300. Who authorized them to resell tickets I paid them for!? These companies need to be investigated and shut down.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This is the WORST company. DO NOT BUY tickets from them. Absolutely the most shady business practices. I payed 6x the going value of the ticket price. Their marketing tactics made me feel like seats were limited and that I was on the official site for the FIFA Club World cup. It also said I could cancel if my plans changed. Lies. I had to sell them back through Ticket Master for an incredible loss. This company needs to be put out of business. If anyone is starting a class action lawsuit I am in. I ended up spending well over $2,500 for tickets I could have gotten for $450.

Price shop! I would recommend buying tickets somewhere else. They price gouge. I bought 2 tickets at Ticket-Center.com with no parking and it came to $1700.00. A friend bought 2 tickets same grade someplace else with parking and it cost $800.00 at the same concert . I paid for a education here I wouldn't want someone else doing the same foolish thing I did! SHOP AROUND FOR YOUR TICKETS DONT USE TICKETS -CENTER.COM!!!!!

    Scam
I got suckered into buying Ponoka Stampede tickets for 4X the price available from the organizers. When contacted, 5 min after buying the tickets, they suggested I could make a profit by reselling the tickets.
