    They let scamp artists use their site. Lisa Hill sold me tickets and charged
    when I used my Credit card for Village Theather a horrible amount over what
    the tickets were worth. Do not use this service.

    I feel like I was scammed. With a clock ticking at the top this website told me tickets were selling out. I thought I was on a different website and ended up buying tickets from them. My tickets ended up being in the last row of the theater and I could have bought them direct from the theater and been just a few rows back from the stage for the same money. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!!!!

    This IS a SCAM. I purchased 3 tickets for an event in late June. I was charged for the tickets and still waiting for the email with the tickets after a few days. Nothing yet. I tried clicking the “Contact Us” and “ Order Status” button on the confirmation emails I received and they did nothing. First RED flag. I then went to the sellers website. I was connected to a chat bot that only tried to reassure me that the tickets would be sent. I was told I would get them up to 2 HOURS prior to the event start. What??? I would not have bought them if that were the case. They informed me that I agreed to those terms before I bought them. Lies! I would have never bought them if that were the case.

    That is when I came here and found so many other complaints about this seller. I paid with PayPal and have submitted a claim got a refund on a fraudulent company.

    Zero stars. They use predatory methods to get customers and price gouge you. Less than one hour and a half after ticket sales opened, they found me and charged triple for seats. They also won't send you tickets until two days before the event. Awful customer service.

    just ripped me off on tickets for the NCAA lacrosse tournament 2025. They sell what they do not have.That is fraud.I am going after them.

    In the beginning of April, I bought tickets to a MLB game on May 19th. It said on the email that May 18th, the day before the game, was the estimated arrival date. This made me very anxious because they were expensive tickets. I was worried they would not arrive on time. When I called their customer service to track my order, they were very patient and understanding. They told me that it was common for them to wait until it is closer to the event date to send the tickets. I was still nervous, but not as much as I was before. Fortunately, I did receive the tickets on the estimated date.

    My only complaint is that I wish I didn't have to wait for so long. And although everything went smoothly, I am still unsure if I would use this service again. If given the choice, I feel would rather go through service where I would not have to wait until the day before the actual event to receive official the tickets

    I clicked an "Ad" link by accident to tickets-center.com when searching for the Birmingham, AL lego convention (5/2025). They falsely stated that the Saturday tickets were all sold out, and that you had to purchase a Sunday ticket immediately (within 6 minutes), at the fine price of $78/person.

    After realizing what I had done, and finding the actual link lower in the search results to ticketmaster.com, I found that both days were still available at the normal price of $24/person.

    Horrible site. I will be watching for their ad links closely from now on, and will never, ever use it.

    I thought I was buying these tickets from the venue and got duped into buying them at way higher of a price. The event is not for six months and I tried to cancel and they said that there is no way to cancel once you purchased them. This is a total rip off. Do not do business with this company.

    Terrible business that will not refund tickets even when the event cancelled. They make it very difficult to speak with anyone and divert you to recorded messages. When you finally get to an offshore live agent the agent tells you you have no rights and cannot speak with a supervisor, Very predatory.
