  I was able to print tickets but the e-mail stated I had to use my phone for an ticket, which I can't do on my old phone--I hope the printed tickets will get us in. Should be more clear when ordering.

  Tickets-Center. com is a RIP OFF. Buyer Beware of outrageous mark ups and added fees for purchase of standard tickets. Aggressive marketing site that jumps ahead of desired site on Google to appear and confuse as the desired site.
  Wanted Tampa Bay Rays tickets. sold at $109, then $30 additional fee, and $7.50 processing fee.
  After purchase, was directed to get tickets from MLB ticket site from Tampa Bay Rays as only way to obtain tickets on Iphone. When they came, face value on the ticket was $46. So MARK UP RIP OFF was $100 per ticket for nothing. I then realized that this was not the Tampa Bay Rays site, that this site had intruded itself into my search, and that I had been taken! DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

  So far pleased with the prompt service emails. Haven’t received my tickets yet as the concert isn’t till October but hope it’s a smooth transaction.

  Their "No Refund" policy is why people should not use this website. I clicked on it because it was the first google result. I should of known better and should of went straight to the baseball team website to purchase my ticket. Their price is $90 vs $21. Yes, they said I clicked on their terms and conditions when I clicked on purchase. My 9 year old son's class was taking a Field Trip to a baseball game so I didn't want to miss out. They got me this time but it will never happen again! Their customer service was well-trained to repeat their no refund policy since this is all they get from their customers. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE I DID. Also, their website said only 1 ticket left and had a clock counting down. On the other hand, the baseball team website showed half of the seats in section 112 was still empty and available. THIS IS THE PART THAT MAKES ME MAD. They are dishonest and they will not have loyal customers. Please be aware of this over-priced/dishonest company.
