    first time using this service, everything ran smoothly they took my money and gave me the tickets. I particularly like receiving an email outlining the process.

    Reading these reviews, I'm nervous! I received the order confirmation, the show is in Jan 2024, so we shall see. Fingers crossed. 3 stars so far.

    So far so good. Ordering was made simple and received order confirmation. Just waiting for tickets. A little confused as to why they would want a review when process is not complete. ( reason for the 3 stars ). If all goes well I will upgrade this review.

    3/25/23 Ticket center sent me tickets via Ticket master site but would not allow me on the ticket master site. Called customer service -worthless told me to go with my receipt and they would let me in! That was a lie had to buy a second ticket and disputed the purchase with credit card company!

    I think the service fee is outragous, $28 per ticket, more than a 1/4 of the ticket price. Maybe $28 for the first one and $10 for each additional ticket, especially when the ticket itself is under $100.
