    I did receive my ceipt for the tickets. I just don't want to wait to get them until Oct 5. And you did not ask for a mobile number, so that concerns me as well. Otherwise I am satisfied.

    The site doesn't say anywhere that is in the states . I purchased two tickets and total was supposed to be 850.00 the charged me 1600.00 double the amount saying it's was the chance rate between canadain and us dollars . What a rip off . I could of bought the same 2 tickets in canadain for a total of 387.59. So do the math . This company is just ripping people off . So buyer beware. I contact consumer service, with no help at all . They never let me know that they were a states company and there would be a exchange rate . If I knew I would of bought else where . The reviews are really bad on this site . I canada this site is registered with business bureau as being a fraudulent site.

    Do not purchase tickets through Ticket-Center.com. They push their link to the top of the search engine. Recent experience with them has been horrible. We selected the link on Air Supply to be performed on April 23, 2022 and selected a section/row to purchase tickets. We received tickets from Ticket-Center for the row/section we purchased but the date was for April 22, 2023. Tickets stated The Carolina Opry and we thought this was legit. When I tried to find out how to pick up tickets I was put on hold by an agent from Ticket-Center three times for 3-5 minutes each time while he was calling the venue and verifying that the Air Supply show was on April 22. He stated that I should go to the venue about 6pm for a 7pm show and they would call out our names. Tried to work with my credit card and they said they couldn't help me. Tried one more time to connect with Ticket-Center.com and they just said I purchased tickets for April 22, 2023 for The Carolina Opry and the Air Supply show was scheduled for the next day. Very frustrating I'm out nearly $400 between tickets and insurance I foolishly purchased because I now have insurance for a show I won't be going to. Feel ripped off. Won't use Tickets-Center.com ever again. Advise everyone to just go to the venue or call which I finally did and got tickets from them in the only remaining seating area available.

    I paid $100 more than the venue price. Hopefully I get the tickets. They said 2 days before the concert I’ll get them electronically. I am nervous.
