    This is a third party re-seller that will rip you off and charge way higher prices and do nothing for you if the event changes. Since you bought it from them the event may not do anything for you either if you can’t make the new date. I stupidly clicked on this from Google thinking it was the official site since the event I was going to was a sort of small thing. So I figured they used this site to sell their tickets. Nope. Just got ripped off bad.

    No problem with the process at all. The big problem is with a service charge for each ticket being so much and with a delivery charge. How does it cost $6.50 to send me an e-mail ticket?

    Horrible - ticket master had the same venue area tickets for 50% less total scalping !!! I tried to cancel 5mins after I purchased even though they have a 24hour cancellation policy but of course that did not apply to my tickets

    All tickets for the April 15,2023 Les Misérables show at the Kennedy Center are sold out by April 8,2023. Then I bought two tickets with the same requirements through Tickets-Center.com on April 8, 2023 (same day), the face value is $139/ticket, but the ticket-Center.com charged me $389/ticket plus $109 service charge, $59 tax, and $7 shipping. They overcharged $360 more per ticket.

    I received an order confirmation but haven’t received seating numbers only the section. Prayerfully I didn’t get scammed. So I’ll have to rate it truthfully after I receive my tickets with seat numbers.

    Sold me a ticket to a garage that was closed. Amazing hassle. I had to find another garage and walk my daughter 6 blocks. There was a line and I have 3 other peoples phone numbers who were also waiting for garage to open. What a horrible night that was supposed to be a great event with my daughter.

    I found this review ans cut and pasted, because I had the same experience.

    Buyer beware! Buy direct from venue. This company engages in predatory business practices. You may pay a significant premium for tickets you can get at a fraction of the cost. They do not allow you to cancel purchases (even if it's only 5 minutes after you buy the tickets). They pay to get to the top of Google search, create a false sense of urgency, then take your hard earned money. Even if legal, these practices are morally corrupt. I implore the credit card companies to shun such behavior and do not allow their customers to be duped by false advertising and an awful value system.
