    This website is fraud!!!
    We bought tickets for The Music of Hans Zimmer at Meridian Hall - Toronto Sun. Apr 6, 2025 7:30 PM from www.tickets-center.com/
    They "postponed" the concert to an "unknown date and time". I called to get my money back. They refused!!!! I chose April 6, 7:30pm and not any day that they choose for me. They said because it's not "cancelled" they can't pay my money back. The fact is that it is cancelled for April 6 and because they don't wanna pay my money back they use the word postponed!!! No responsibility from them and when you call it's like you're talking to a robot. They say I have to wait until they announce the new date and time so I can resell my ticket. It's not my job to resell it.
    Initially they sold me ticket for a service, they could provide so they have to say sorry and return our money back. That's very simple.
    The fact that we have to fight for our money with these ridiculous people is mind blowing!!!!! Someone should stop these people. We're living in first world country!!! These people and businesses are shame to our countries.

    Do not order from this site! I ordered Keeneland Spring Race tickets. Severe storms happened and races were not running. They would not refund my money for the tickets. If I had bought tickets from the actual Keeneland site, I would have gotten a refund. Also, they charge large extra fees. This site is a joke!

    OMG, I am in the midst of fighting this scam, too! AVOID TICKETS-CENTER at all costs—and I do mean COSTS! SCALPERS to the max! Most disreputable company I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of getting caught in a scam from. They charge double, triple, and more, for tickets under the guise of being Ticketmaster. I also hold Ticketmaster responsible for aligning themselves with this company, since they know damn well that this scalping scam is going on, and also do not take responsibility. THIS COMPANY HAS GOT TO BE STOPPED! Where can one lodge a complaint beyond this review?

    Over priced fees ( almost 100 percent) on over priced tickets. Customer service I awful. I had to call four times in one day, once I got hung up on. I spent 900 dollars only for them to tell me I was not getting my tickets and I wasn’t getting my money back. Buyer beware!!!

    How is it possible they are not shut down!!! I purchased two $59. tickets from them. They charged me $17. service charge per ticket + tax for total of $168. Then charged my card $246.10. They are a complete rip off & I'm blown away that they allowed to get away with this!!!

    The website will make you believe those are genuine ticket but it is just a ticket reseller that will double or triple the price of tickets

    This is a ticket scalper masquerading as Ticketmaster. “Ticket-Center.com” charged $100+ MORE than the legit ticket price (from Ticketmaster) for an event. Then the tickets were actually delivered by Ticketmaster. There was no way to then contact “Ticket-Center.com”—the Contact Us link in their confirming email does not work.

    The FTC should investigate and shut them down.

    Till then, DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

    Called immediately to cancel the order and they refused. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. Shame on Google for allowing them to sponsor and be the first thing to pop up in my search feed when searching for tickets.
