    Ticket-Center charged $260 for $90 ticket. Ok, I got duped, but when I contacted customer service, the ticket sale is final, non refundable and one can’t reschedule on different date. So basically they are buying tickets from cheaper sites and reselling x5 more expensive for people like me, who didn’t know better. That is why they can’t change or do anything because they already pulled the ticket from an original site. Awful business

    Should be negative 10 starts. Scammers. Like everyone else, I was duped into thinking this was ticketmaster. Never felt so stupid in my life. . .paid 4x what I should have paid, contacted their chat customer service 3 hours later and begged, threatened, and negotiated as hard as I could for a refund. Same experience as everyone else. No mercy. .. "you should have read the terms and conditions of the sale". Can't believe this is allowed to go on as a legitimate operation.

    Horrible elect, this is a rip off, DO NOT BUY from them.
    They sell 3rd party tickets. I paid $200 for two tickets to a MILB baseball game. The tickets each cost $9.25. They also sent me tickets from yesterday’s game. Expired tickets.
    It was a lot of emotional stress because they say they’ll send the tickets to you BEFORE the day before but didn’t, then sent tickets to the day before game. The costumer service people are rude and ended my conversation. There’s no US/stateside humans to talk to.
    Save yourself some heartache, time and MONEY and buy from a legit vendor. Lesson learned!!

    This is a horrible way to buy tickets!! Beware!! They do not give you your tickets upon purchase. And their app and email information doesn’t work!! Never ever purchase anything from them it’s a scam and I have lost over $700 from them.

    Total scam website. There's a class action lawsuit. Do not buy from them. Bought tickets and they cost 5 times what the legitimate venue was selling them for. Same tickets I paid for on their website were still available from the venue the next day!! Didn't get the tickets, wasted $500 on air. They refused a refund. Worst customer service ever! Paid $80 in fees for customer service, what a scam!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! This is organization is shameful. I wanted to take my daughter to a UVM women's basketball game. I had no idea how much tickets should be and thought I was ordering directly from UVM. Paid $170 for 4 tickets. Showed up at the game and could have purchased the same tickets at the door for $40. Unbelievable!

    Do NOT use Tickets-Center.com. They are AWFUL. Do anything to avoid using them. I ordered tickets from them on January 5, 2025. They never arrived. After I bought them I couldn't go to the show and they TOLD me to offer them on StubHub or another third party platform. I did and then they never filled my order so I got charged by StubHub. They're customer service representatives are very nice and I fell for them. This Company should be put out of business. They should pay the fee StubHub charged me. I relied on their advice or I never would have offered them for resale. Horrible experience. Please RUN from this site.

    This site is a total scam! They are charging more than double for the Ticket Master price and will not refund even though I made the purchase just now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Someone should take them to court.
