    This was not the website I thought I was using and after searching for Ticketmaster this came up. I purchased tickets for more than twice the face value. This is 100% wrong and after now looking here I see I'm not the only one. I will 100% fight the charge on my card, worn every one of the tactics they use not allow a refund is wrong. They won't ever let you try and resell it because they will send it 5 days before the event.

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Pink, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $723.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $723.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    In addition to this current claim, our customer has filed a dispute with their credit card regarding this order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. We encourage our customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

    I purchased 5 tickets from this business on 12/15/2023. I found the actual venue's website after purchase and contacted tickets-center.com's customer service for a refund. This was within 30 minutes of my original purchase and the order was still in 'pending' status. The agent refused to issue a refund.

After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $516.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value.     I requested the refund on 12/15/2023, well before the actual tickets were provided.   The details of the specific tickets were emailed to me on 12/26/2023 at 12:35PM EST, after I had already requested the refund.  I have not claimed these tickets.  I continue to expect a full refund.Thank you,

    Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address our customer's concerns. As stated in our previous response, to complete their order every customer must check a box next to a message which reads in part: " All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations." Additionally, further details are outlined within our terms of use, which customers must also indicate that they have read and agree to. These details outline "this order is an irrevocable offer to purchase the tickets... Once you submit the order, you cannot cancel or retract it. Upon the submission of the order, a hold will be placed on your credit or debit card for the funds necessary to purchase these tickets."

    The tickets were delivered via email the day following the customer's purchase, and the event is set to take place February 25th, 2024. In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

    At appropriate 2:00pm central time, my 75 year old mother was looking at tickets to buy for The Lion King Live at the Orpheum on April 25, 2024 in Minneapolis. She was in the wrong site and didn’t realize it because she is not digitally savvy and was charged $545 for tickets. She on a fixed income and cannot afford the tickets. She tried to cancel them immediately and they refused. Per the order confirmation, the tickets won’t even be available until April 24. I see no reason why the order cannot be canceled

    On July 23, 2023, I purchased 2 tickets to the Andrea Bocelli performance at the XL Center in Hartford, CT on December 9, 2023 from Tickets-Center.com. My order number is # 52924628. On the evening before the performance (12/8/23) it was cancelled. It has been rescheduled for February 23, 2024 but my husband and I will be out of town then and unable to attend the rescheduled performance. I contacted Ticket Center (800-833-7698), explained our situation and requested a refund. After being placed on hold twice, the representative came back on line and said they have a no refund policy as a third party vendor and would not refund my money. I repeated that I had bought the tickets in good faith for a December performance and not a February one. She just repeated that they would give me a refund.

If an event is rescheduled, we must adhere to the terms of use agreed to at the time of sale, which state “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund.” We appreciate our customer’s continued patience and understanding while Tickets-Center continues to monitor, communicate, and follow through in providing excellent service for orders to live events.

    I purchased tickets to an Andrea Bocelli concert in April 2023. In July, the XL Center, the venue, changed its ticketing system and sent and email to all ticket purchasers letting them know the old tickets were void and provided information on how to reissue the tickets. Ticket-center said they never received the instructions so I retrieved them myself from the XL Center and gave them to Tickets-center so they could follow the steps and reissue the tickets. After I did that they just acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and refused to help me.

    I discovered a charge on my credit card that was not made by me. I am filing a case with my Card Holder Service to file a fraud charge. I would never order tickets from this website, they are over priced, and a 3rd party reseller that illegally charges way more than allowed. The receipt in the attached document WAS NOT ME!!!

All our customers are guaranteed to receive their tickets in time for their event. The seller who list on our site, purchase their tickets directly from the primary market and list their inventory on our platform, this assures our customer's receive valid and authentic tickets. We have abided by the agreed terms, therefore we are unable to offer our customer compensation. It is important to note that our customer will receive their tickets in time for their event, per our Buyer's guarantee.     I placed an order with this company by mistake. They did not send me what I ordered and when I looked them up online I learned it was a scam. I called to cancel my transaction almost immediately and they refused to do so even though the payment had not posted to my credit card. They claimed they had no “resources” to cancel it. Put me on hold to speak to a manager. Customer service person was clearly reading a script.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with PayPal account regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in the customer's favor favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

    I attempted to purchase concert tickets from a venue in New York. Unbeknownst to me, my search had been hijacked by a third party. It looked like a legitimate transaction with the New York venue but was in fact being channeled through TicketsCenter. Not until after I hit purchase for a pair of tickets, and received an email from TicketsCenter, did I realize that, not only had I not been dealing with the New York venue, they had sold me tickets to a concert venue in Illinois. After much difficulty I finally located a number for TicketsCenter. The company denies responsibility.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value.”         

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Joe Jackson, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $490.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. We maintain that all ticket details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. Please note that aside from this claim, the customer filed a financial dispute which remains active. If the customer has any additional concerns regarding their dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution to which they filed.

    **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.
    No amount of legal boilerplate absolves Tickets-Center from responsibility for knowingly hijacking people's search for tickets. People only hit the purchase button because they've been duped into thinking that they're buying from the venue's ticket agency. In this case, Tickets-Center didn't even sell tickets to the correct venue! No one would willingly purchase tickets from this company. Their only means of revenue is via deception and theft.

    I thought I was buying concert tickets from ticketcenter.com. Last night (technically 12/5/23 because it was almost 2am), I bought two "tickets" for an upcoming show in Albuquerque next June (Red Hot Chili Peppers). I was expecting them immediately and didn't receive them. Then, I realized what actual company I had ordered them from and found they are scammers. I also found that the tickets I thought I bought aren't even going to be released until Friday. I emailed, chatted, and called them twice asking for a refund. They told me they can't cancel or refund the order and that I'd receive the tickets digitally on June 5th, 2024. That is unacceptable. I want my money back and will not accept scam tickets from them, even if/when they offer them.

However, it should be noted that our web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Fast, easy and secure secondary marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value." 

    A message stating, “Site displays resale marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value. Not affiliated with any box office or venue.” is displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. Furthermore, when placing their order our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating,  "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $399.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order. 

    Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. Please note, all purchases made on our website are covered by our 100% Guarantee, which ensures that authentic tickets will arrive before the event. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. As all relevant order details and terms of use were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer completing their order we consider this matter closed.     **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.I still feel like I was scammed, and I know from the reviews for this company on several sites (including the BBB), dozens of people have felt the same way after accidentally making a purchase from this site. I feel I was tricked into clicking on this website. It was 2 am and I was tired; they've paid Google to show up as one of the first sponsored results when searching for concert tickets, and they know people will think they're clicking on the legitimate "ticketcenter.com" (which is what I thought I was doing). Also, even if I would eventually receive tickets from them, I really have no idea if they're going to be legitimate because I've been told I won't receive them until a day before the concert, which is June 5th, 2024. That's ridiculous and unacceptable, even if they are a "secondary reseller" or whatever.

As stated in our initial response, our web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. On the top of the home page as well as every event page it is clearly stated: "Fast, easy and secure secondary marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value." The event pages also include the following disclosure across from the event information: "Site displays resale marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value. Not affiliated with any box office or venue." Please note that these disclosures are not hidden in any way, they are the same font size as other information on the page and have contrasting font colors so as to be easily noticeable.

    As previously stated, all orders placed on our site are covered by our 100% Guarantee which ensures that tickets will arrive in time for the event, that they will be legitimate and valid for entry to the selected event. We stand by our guarantee but would like to clarify that it does not allow for cancellation upon request. We maintain that all order details and relevant terms were disclosed and agreed to prior to the customer placing their order, and as it stands, we consider this matter closed.
