I began my business with TodayisTheDay on January 1st. They charged me $62.99 for a subscription for one month. On their FAQ page, they state "TodayIsTheDay program is available as a web and mobile application" and in their welcome email they give directions to download a mobile app. There is no mobile app available for download with those instructions. When I contacted customer support, they directed me to a web app. This app is designed to help people with ADHD, so their lack of reminders is frustrating, but understandable. Also on their FAQ page they state: "Our Risk-Free Guarantee permits cancellation at any time without being charged the full program price." "At any time" contradicts their terms which state a refund can only be given if a user finishes all 7 consecutive modules in the first 11 days, and does not use the app after that. I decided that I felt tricked by their terms and to initiate a refund request. Upon doing so I was told it had been more than 11 days (it had been only 9). I tried to comply with their terms but was tricked because at least the first two modules can be completed on the same day, and I had completed another module or two after that. But they prevent completion of more than one module a day, meaning it was no longer possible to comply with their refund terms. After contacting them several times they offered me a 25% and then a 50% refund but at this point I want a full refund for failing to have the product offered on their website and for failing to be specific about their refund terms. They claim it's to "make sure people get the most out of our product", but if it were they would advise participation every day. These people are simply targeting people with ADHD as a way to make easy money since these hoops are difficult for people with ADHD to manage.

On 9-7-24 I ordered the Mellow Flow App unlimited offer for a special discounted price of $29.99. They sent me emails stating I had the 3-month offer for $62.99. I emailed them back and have had no email responses from their company and never used the app because the amount of time and price needed to be cleared up. Nothing from their company. Today, 1/13/25, I looked at my credit card statement and they charged me another $134.64! The total they've charged me is $197.63.

I'm requesting an immediate refund to my credit card for the total amount of $197.63. I had wanted to try the program, but there is no way I'm trying it now. This looks to be a scam.

There were two charges taken from my Pay Pal account which is connected to my checking account. I was charged for services that I did not approve. Mellow Flow is an app that is supposed to help with productivity. I looked at the app at one time but DID NOT purchase it as I am retired and on a fixed income and knew I could not afford it. I have emailed the company several times and they are telling me that they cannot refund me as it is "past the window of time " to do this.

On 8/3/24, I clicked on a link for an ad for Mellowflow app which appears to be a tool to help with adhd and procrastination. When checking out, it asks if you would like to add this and that with no prices so I assumed it was all included. Only after you check out does it show what the total is. It was over $300! I immediately emailed the company and explained what happened and said I do not want any of the services nor will I be using. I got what appeared to be a canned or ai generated response saying they canceled the subscription. I wrote back again stating I wanted everything refunded. They responded with a 25% discount. I again wrote back and said I do not want it and want a full refund. At this time I also began a dispute with my credit card company. The next response I received from them was that I had to email them within 11 days and must complete 7 days of the program in order to possibly receive a refund. When I further reviewed what that would be, I learned it was me answering personal questions about myself. It is clear this is a scam and I am not comfortable providing any further information about myself. This is very predatory and is wrong. I'm still working with my credit card company on the dispute at the time of writing this. This company needs to be put out of business!

The $422.18 charge was not authorized. The regular 6-month price is $179.98, as shown in the attached discount offers. I was sent two emails on 6/22 offering 6-month prices of $89.99 and $71.99, respectively. On 6/23, I was again offered the $71.99 price. On 6/25 and 6/26, I was offered the price of $89.99; however, these offers show the regular 6-month price as $265.00. I never accepted any of the offers, and none of the offers stated a 6-month price of $422.18. All of the emails and offers are attached. I was able to attach the offers because the links in the emails still show the offers.
On July 1st, I submitted a refund request to the vendor. On July 3rd, the vendor offered a 25% refund. On July 8th, I responded that this was unacceptable and demanded a full refund. There was no response from the vendor. On July 11th, I sent a follow-up email. There has still been no response from the vendor. I’ve attached the email chain.

      I demand a full refund!

Company cancelled renewal and only offered 20% refund of $89.99 which is $18. What happened to money back guarantee???

Highly Predatory! No matter what answer you put in their "quiz" you will get the same results, "high". Despite advertising a "no risk guarantee", it's nearly impossible to cancel. Offering a discount instead of a refund and this is the latest I received from their customer service after emailing them for two weeks requesting a refund,

"I would like to refer you to our refund policy:

To initiate a full refund request, customers must contact us via email at ...... within 11 days following the initial purchase. As part of the refund request, customers must explain their reasons for dissatisfaction and demonstrate adherence to the plan by completing 7 consecutive lessons. Proof of completion should be submitted in the form of screenshots or other acceptable documentation.

Our Customer Service Team will review each request carefully, considering the provided reasons and evidence of plan adherence, within 1-3 business days. Should the request be approved, the timeframe for processing the full refund will be between 5-10 business days.

Please note, full refunds are not applicable to recurring payment plans. Additionally, certain plans, such as the 28-day challenge, may be exempt from this policy due to the different nature and structure of the offer.

This means that I simply can't authorize a full refund for you, unless you try the program for 7 consecutive days. If you don't want to do this, I can only offer you a 50% refund at the current moment"

Is that not the most ridiculous refund policy?!! If they stood behind their product and it was a good product, they would allow a customer to cancel without having to email them for two weeks and jump through a million hoops to get your money back. Buyer beware, if you don't like the product be prepared to flush $30 or more down the toilet because it is nearly impossible to get your money back. As you see on the attached screenshot, it does not say you need to do what they are requesting I do for a refund.

7/20/2024 I initially clicked on the link to sign up for a one month trial. That was for $29.99. After completing the sign up and providing your credit information there are a few windows suggesting upgrades to the plans. In the first two windows I was able to click no thank you which is a very small link under the agreement to upgrade. When it got to the full access upgrade the no thank you link is placed even closer to the full upgrade large link. I know I pressed no thank you but I believe they have both links tethered too close and the upgrade was “approved” and without a confirmation that I indeed wanted to upgrade the program automatically took $200 dollars from my account! I was overdrawn immediately! Very shady and not helpful for a company who spouts help and support with anxiety. I immediately contact their help
Desk and was given a run around about if I was dissatisfied with the product they could offer me 25% refund. I refused and explained in depth what happened and how I was happy to try the product for $29.99 but wanted a full refund for the upgrade I did not wish to have. I received another email today saying this:
Please note, full refunds are not applicable to recurring payment plans. Additionally, certain plans, such as the 28-day challenge, may be exempt from this policy due to the different nature and structure of the offer.
As it has been more than 11 days since your initial purchase, you are no longer eligible for a full refund. However, as a gesture, I would like to offer you a 50% refund on your latest purchase.

I responded I now want a full refund since I don’t trust their company and shady business practices.

$190.91 is being pulled from my account but I have a $50 overdraft fee pending as well now too.

On July 7,2024 I click on an ad in Instagram for Mellow Flow. I was immediately taken to their website and asked to complete a quiz to see what services would best suit my ADHD needs. When finished the quiz I entered my email address to receive my results, which I have never received. It then went through the services it offers. I clicked on the unlimited option and PayPal as my payment method. Before I completed the transaction I saw that they were still going to charge a monthly fee, I wanted to make sure this was correct so I back arrowred to the page I needed. As soon as I landed on that page it refreshed and went back to the starting page with the quiz. As I had not completed the transaction or received any notification on screen that I had made a purchase I left the website as I didn’t want to go through the quiz again. I then received 3 emails from PayPay saying Mellow Flow had charged me, approximately $500. I immediately contacted Mellow Flow, who said I must complete the service for a week before I can get a refund as per their T&C’s. I didn’t get any T&C’s because I didn’t make a purchase. They have proof the only time I was on the website was the time I took the quiz. I don’t even have a login for this company. This is causing extreme stress for me as the company are not helping resolve this issue. Please let me know if you need any further information.
