On March 3rd I ordered a 1 month plan for cosmic match app for $19.99. I didn’t like it so I emailed them. They didn’t respond until my 4th email wanting to cancel subscription. They said it was cancelled, yet on March 29th I was charged $54.96! I’ve been emailing them telling them I want my money back and I was wrongly charged after they said it was cancelled. I have yet to get a response1

I was served an advertisement on my Facebook/Instagram for a service called MellowFlow for an app and accountability coaching. After a month, I cancelled the subscription to the app and asked about coaching for further information. They never responded to 3 emails and have tried to charge me over 20+ times. Even though I cancelled the credit card and had it reissued, for some reason Visa sent them the new numbers. I did not agree to this charge and want to ensure they delete my information and never charge me again. Luckily my bank has declined their multiple attempts so I don’t need a refund. I need them to stop attempting to charge me and verify this in writing.

I signed up for a free trial and at the end of the trial I was charged for January and February. When I contacted the company to cancel my subscription I asked about a refund for the months of January and February when I didn't even open the app to use it, let alone know there was a reoccurring charge for a membership. They said they do not give refunds after the initial charge has gone through. I feel they should give refunds as the monthly fee is exceptionally high and it's not easy to cancel the subscription. There isn't an option to do it on the app, on the login page, etc. you have to email them to cancel it.

I bought a one month trial from this company to see their “Parenting Leader” app. I paid $21.99 for this. I got no receipt, the app makes it impossible to see what email is used in their account. I used it one day- didn’t like it, figured it would expire.
Apparently their services roll into automatic $62/month charges- with NO email confirmation and no way to cancel. The only way to cancel is by emailing the company, and then when you do that they say they have never heard of you. They advertise it’s easy to try and cancel this service, but it’s not. What an awful experience.

I bought a mellow flow subscription in November of last year. I used it for about a week or so. It didn't help change my habits or help with adhd issues. Then on 2/25/25, I was charged $132 for a renewal fee. I never received an email or text stating that this renewal was upcoming. I would have canceled before that date if I had known. It's a scam business preying on people in need. This needs to stop. I asked multiple times for my money back since they didn't warn me about the renewal. They refused. Please help me. Thank you.

I purchased a 1 month 28 day no yelling challenge for 21.99. I was then charged a subscription fee of $63.74. To which I immediately requested a refund and cancellation of the subscription as I never signed up for a subscription. They said they would offer 50%. I told them that was unacceptable and I will be disputing the charge.

In June, I signed up for an online app called Mellow Flow, which is marketed to help with mental health and procrastination issues. I agreed to pay $29.99 for the first month, with the subscription increasing to $59.98/month afterward. However, I was instead charged $93.57.

On July 9th, after noticing the incorrect charges, I contacted the company to cancel my subscription. Despite this, the app continued to charge me in the subsequent months (see bank statement, with amounts and date).

I only realized the issue in January and immediately tried multiple ways to cancel my account. I went to their website to cancel the subscription, and I also emailed them as instructed in their FAQ (to the same email address I had contacted previously). This time, I received a response, but for the past 10 days, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop of emails, providing all requested information, only to be met with repetitive replies. They have yet to confirm the cancellation or refund the unauthorized charges (please see attached email exchanges). At this point, it feels like I’m speaking with a bot rather than a real person.

Additionally, the app has no proper login page available via a standard web search. Without a specific link, it’s impossible to access my account, further complicating my ability to verify or manage my subscription status.

I hope the BBB team can assist me with my request. Ideally, I would like a refund of all unauthorized charges, but at the very least, I need confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled. I also want to highlight that this issue isn’t isolated—there are numerous online reviews describing similar situations. The app’s unclear billing practices, lack of a proper login page, and unresponsive customer service make it far too easy for users to get trapped in unauthorized charges with no resolution. One reviewer mentioned filing a BBB complaint, so I’m joining forces to ensure transparency and accountability from this company.

I began my business with TodayisTheDay on January 1st. They charged me $62.99 for a subscription for one month. On their FAQ page, they state "TodayIsTheDay program is available as a web and mobile application" and in their welcome email they give directions to download a mobile app. There is no mobile app available for download with those instructions. When I contacted customer support, they directed me to a web app. This app is designed to help people with ADHD, so their lack of reminders is frustrating, but understandable. Also on their FAQ page they state: "Our Risk-Free Guarantee permits cancellation at any time without being charged the full program price." "At any time" contradicts their terms which state a refund can only be given if a user finishes all 7 consecutive modules in the first 11 days, and does not use the app after that. I decided that I felt tricked by their terms and to initiate a refund request. Upon doing so I was told it had been more than 11 days (it had been only 9). I tried to comply with their terms but was tricked because at least the first two modules can be completed on the same day, and I had completed another module or two after that. But they prevent completion of more than one module a day, meaning it was no longer possible to comply with their refund terms. After contacting them several times they offered me a 25% and then a 50% refund but at this point I want a full refund for failing to have the product offered on their website and for failing to be specific about their refund terms. They claim it's to "make sure people get the most out of our product", but if it were they would advise participation every day. These people are simply targeting people with ADHD as a way to make easy money since these hoops are difficult for people with ADHD to manage.

On 9-7-24 I ordered the Mellow Flow App unlimited offer for a special discounted price of $29.99. They sent me emails stating I had the 3-month offer for $62.99. I emailed them back and have had no email responses from their company and never used the app because the amount of time and price needed to be cleared up. Nothing from their company. Today, 1/13/25, I looked at my credit card statement and they charged me another $134.64! The total they've charged me is $197.63.

I'm requesting an immediate refund to my credit card for the total amount of $197.63. I had wanted to try the program, but there is no way I'm trying it now. This looks to be a scam.
