    Excelent customer service and great social media marketing, I don't know why people put a pretty bad reviews, because menutech doesn't have a contract, the service is month to month and I can cancel when I want with no problem.

    Not only is the customer service unacceptable, but the quality of whatever they call job is very bad. The only 2 posts they ever did seemed as if a 3 year old had done them. They also promised an online service which was written wrong, the QR codes were all paper and they were expecting me to use those at the tables, hello!! We wipe them and paper gets destroyed by water!
    I have been trying to cancel their service but they refuse to do so and if ai call, they will leave me on hold for hours.
    If you read this, please do not do business with them. Look for a local company, someone who you can talk to and get things done and any issues resolved!

    The service is pretty bad and they dont want to give you the rigth of your own restaurant till you figth them

    We had their services for over a year, and for about seven months they did not answer any calls and ignored us completely. We hired them to market for our restaurant and build an online ordering system they posted the first couple of months then completely stopped and did not answer any of our calls but continued to bill us each month. We stopped using their online ordering system after three months because we could not contact them to make the menu changes. After nearly a year we were finally able to contact them and they made the cancelation process difficult and billed us for another month of their "service". Overall terrible experience as we simply lost time and money and paid for services we never received.
