1 starI was charged $99 every month since I signed up in February 2023 even though I never received any services after my initial service. in *********** that I did receive was not helpful and I could not understand the person that was assigned to me. Several months ago, I tried to cancel the service since I was receiving no service but they refused to let me cancel.Cerebral

1 starCerebral is a scam; they send you additional charges months after they provide a service. I was on a $325 plan for eight months. I had to stop the service because I could not afford it anymore. I will have paid $7829 for a service that was advertised for $2600. I still owe $ ***** in surprise charges that came months after the provided service. They also refuse to provide detailed invoices. Do not use them. Local Psychologists offer remote counseling. Support your local businesses.Cerebral

In-network insurance clients pay $30 per month as a subscription fee, plus any additional deductibles, copays or coinsurance charges, as determined by the client's insurance to be billed at a later date.I see that you were previously sent all of your Cerebral invoices and I can confirm that you have paid Cerebral $571 in total as of right now. 1 starAfter reading all of the other reviews here I think it is clear that the company is actively engaging in fraud with its charging of customers. I cancelled service and they told me I had to pause for 3 months and then would receive a reminder 14 days before it started back up on 8/16/2023. I never had any intention of renewing but didnt want to cause a fuss. I never received any reminder as told. Then today, on 8/14/2023, they attempted to charge my card and sent me emails hounding me to pay it immediately when it did not go through. Thank god it didnt or Im almost certain from other reviews I would never get the money back. I have all the screen shots of them laying out the dates and then switching things up on me. This is not the first instance of dodgy practices around payment. My therapist was promoted and no longer able to see me unless it was every other week, which was fine with me as it matched my progress. I was told it was not usually an option but I would get a special rate of 50% for half the sessions, only to be told later that it was not a full 50%, just discounted, so a price hike for a service change I was forced into. My therapist also was out of town for multiple weeks during different months and I was to receive a reduced rate for that month, however it required me to follow up with multiple different avenues of contact with the company before it was ever actually applied. Stay away from this company.Cerebral

1 starDo NOT go through this company. I canceled my subscription last October 2022 due to multiple issues with getting my prescriptions filled. They have charged me for the last 10 months and refuse to give me a refund when this is their mistake. My provider ensured that my subscription was canceled. They are trying to say that they can potentially give me a refund for up to 3 months, but its not guaranteed. This is their mistake and should have refunded me the full 10 months. Im a social media influencer and I will be speaking out against cerebral online across all of my platforms. This is ridiculous. I will also be informing everyone that *** sent to them through referral in 2022. Unbelievable.Cerebral

1 starI haven't been with there service since Late December 2022 and it's not July 2023. Early in the year I had a call between cerebral support, my bank at ******* federal and myself. I was informed that all of my invoices should have been dealt with at that point. Instead I was charged 3 separate times this week and come to find out there's still 5 invoices from last year that should have been paid already. Overall the services they offered are trash and have been more detrimental to my overall mental health than they have been helpful. The support team is unreliable and I definitely shouldn't be getting billed form services from last year.Cerebral

1 starMy first month was good, then I paused for a month. Without any invoice or email there was a charge on my account for the following month. There are no emails for me to schedule with my therapist. I reached out and explained the situation to them, asking for a refund, they denied a refund and refused to work with me with this situation. Now my therapist is booked for the majority of the month so I will lose out on the majority of my visits and still be charged for them. Im disappointed in their practices and theyre short sightedness in dealing with clients and she will not continue with them and do not recommend people work with them either. Very disappointing experience although I did enjoy my actual therapist , but nothing else about this process and found it to be a waste of money.Cerebral

1 starI attempted to cancel my subscription before they automatically charged me for the following month. Yet, they still charged me, then refused to provide me a refund. They will say it's because of their user policy that they cannot provide refunds. However, the user policy continues to state they have the ability and discretion to provide refunds. Sadly, they choose to do the immoral thing instead of doing what is right by their customers. Cerebral not only provides mediocre medical health care, but they also rob you every chance they can get. Highly do not recommend their services; go with Betterhelp or a local doctor with telehealth before using Cerebral.Cerebral

1 starUnethical predatory practices and dark patterns online. They will make you pay before doing anything at all for you, and if you find they don't have a therapist or prescriber that works for you they refuse to refund even though they provided no services. The person on the phone lied and said I could check my insurance before signing up, you can't do anything with Insurabce until you have paid and scheduled an appointment. If you schedule an appointment and your provider is not covered they will not refund you because an appointment was scheduled EVEN IF YOU HAVENT HAD THE APPOINTMENT.Cerebral

1 starI signed up with my insurance ***************** Blue Shield, a huge insurance company right? AFTER I paid thrm I got notified that I had to send them a message to validate my insurance... what? I did and they responded that I am not covered. I never talked to one person about anything, just signed up and canceled. They refunded me only partially because they said I used them for a week... NOT TRUE! They said there's nothing they could do and would not let me talk to a supervisor. Scam all the wayCerebral
